No way. You'd become a girl instantly.

if they still loved me like always, I really wouldn't mind

I wouldn't all of a sudden become thankful for life and be all stranger polite.
Nothing would change unless they didn't want me anymore.

My mum always told me why I am not Asian like them. But she never told me that she wasn't my real mum!

I accidentally forced my ex's parents to tell him :X

We were all at dinner and I was excited about learning Punnett squares in biology and my ex was like "I'm an O!" and his mom was like "I'm AB" and his dad was like "I'm an A" ... and I was like "That's genetically impossible!!!" :X

Whoops...er, my bad?

Well I granted his wish, he always said he wanted to be adopted. >.<

What would I do / how would I feel if I found out that my "parents" are not my birth parents?

Answer: Be grateful that they love me enough to have taken me in.

p.s. Birth mom died when I was 12. Dad died when I was 18. Dad's first wife took me in. Had it not been for her, I would have been homeless. Never uttered one word of complain. Never blamed me (for what happened to her marrage).

My mom found out she was adopted once. She went out and found her birth parents.
Mother: An alcoholic that died at 30 from drinking so much
Father: A retired gang member with dementia who's really old but still thinks he's some badass in his leather jacket and boots
They'd forgotten her on a pool table in a bar one night as a baby. And she was put in an orphanage.
Frankly, if I were her, I wouldn't have wanted to know. :/

Anyone can make a baby. Not everyone can be a parent.

I consider my step-dad, who adopted me officially in high school, my real father - not the jackass that made me. My step-dad showed me love, and accepted me as his own child almost from the start (I was 7 when they met - the adoption took a long time once we decided to do it). He never once said "you're not my real child" to me. That to me, is a parent.

Haha, I don't have to think about it since it already happened to me. ^^;;;
I was told when I was.. 5? I think 7, but nevermind. I understood full well. Mom said the government had to take my twin and I away from our family because we were in some kind of danger. I don't really know, but I am 100% sure they wanted to keep us.

Even then, I guess you just have to understand that maybe your real parents couldn't afford to take care of you because they were poor.. or an incident happened that made them give you away because they know it wouldn't make you happy. I'm sure parents have reasons for wanting to have kids.. so, i guess having known that they loved you and gave you away to make you life a happy life.. it's best to not make a big deal out of it and call them whatever stuff. ^^;
