If there was a perfect weather to play piano I think it would be when it's raining. I'd turn off all the light source(only if it's during the day though), open the windows(except during strong rains) and let the wind and the smell of plants in my room, bribe my cat to stay on a chair (my audience) and play my favorite pieces.
