I would love it, as long as crunchyroll dose not suffer any negative effects from the trems and conditions that Microsoft would has for XBL third party apps.

Considering I have a projector connected to my xbox, I can say that crunchyroll would look nothing below amazing on my console. That would be a great idea.

Ehhhh. It would be fun to watch it on my big TV, but I wouldn't want to pay for Xbox Live Gold just to watch Crunchyroll (on top of a Premium membership here). I don't like any of XBL's apps because they all require Gold for free or already paid services (Facebook, Twitter, Netflix). If they could get them to make it available on Silver memberships, I'd do it.

This topic makes me sad. I initially would have given ANYTHING for CR on my Xbox but since then, I have found other mediums to getting it on my TV. Actually, three ways. First was the Roku. I love that thing and would love to be able to put it in the living room except it's the easiest way to get CR on my TV currently.
Second is my phone. Most smart phones come equipped with a HDMI-out source on them nowadays so you have a portable way to share CR with anyone that has a LED/LCD TV. So that's pretty cool, but probably the most inconvenient.
Last is my actual computer, which coupled with wireless keyboard and mouse makes a fairly good option for sitting back and surfing on top of watching the latest anime. But still. I would love to get it on the Xbox too because then I wouldn't have to use my phone at friends' houses, nor would I have to keep my Roku in my room. Ah well... maybe if they implement the internet browser for the Xbox that'll solve the problem.

Why not have it when the PS3 already has it? It's embarrassing when 360 has to catch up to the ps3.

I would really love for there to be a CR app on the Xbox, I use it to watch shows all the time, since I don't have cable, mostly Hulu and Netflix, granted I also have a PS3, so I can watch CR through that, but it is kind of annoying having to get up and change everything and startup the PS3 to watch anime, sometimes I just decide to watch what is on Netflix because I'm too lazy.  |
