I really felt like trolling and just posting this...

...but instead I'll give a real answer.

You can be homosexual, bisiexual, transexual or a dolphin if you want to as long as it isn't harming anyone.
People always try to portait being gay as being something bad but at least our society is moving forward in that aspect (not everywhere though) and most of the new generations are more open to that kind of stuff. You'll always meet those prejudice retards who tell you that you'll go to hell for your "sins" but in my eyes their judgement is the real, so called "sin".

It can be difficult to find a date depending on where you are. That is, if you're gay. :/

Being gay myself I'm obviously a supporter.

I love this speech made in the movie "Prayers for Bobby" on the issue of homosexuality:

hm, I respect all of the opinions. Everyone is entitled to there own. But I read through here and I think peeps should understand that I am not asking if it is okay for me to be gay I meant the question to be in a general way. My intentions where to just see what comments would be posted.
I didn't mean to offend anyone. 400 million dollars was raised by gay-hate groups to fight gay rights and 40 million by the mormon church you would think that there are far more important things to deal with? feeding the homeless is more important than preventing two guys or girls from getting married. Yes I am Gay, but Im happy to know that my morals are different than that.

Rather than feed the homeless they should put them to work by jobs created with the funds and make them earn their meal instead of banking on a free ride.

It doesnt matter even if it went for cancer research or disabled veterans either way not even a dollar should be raised to stop two people from being together

I'm not gay but as long as both people in the relationship are happy then I don't see a problem with it.

The people that are against it, I would think are old people that are like a billion years old who still have the "We don't do it, so you shouldn't either" kind of thinking. It's so hilarious how people are like, "I have nothing against gay people, but think of the children!"

FUCK YOU

Who cares what others think, its rather pathetic to be labled as gay, straight, or bi. You cant help the fact that you do or dont feel attracted to someone of the same gender. I am attracted to beautiful people, that includes males and females. But i wont lable myself as "bi".

I like beautiful people no matter the gender. Being open about the person you love is not a crime, nor should it be against the law. If my boyfriend was a woman i wouldnt care as long as the personality stayed the same.

There is a very long list for the reasons why anyone would define homosexuality as right or wrong.

I think it is the right of each person to pursue their sexual preference without interruption from others who view it to be wrong.

Yes. Someone did say it was wrong to be gay. His name is God ... Read the Bible. God is love but God does not tolerate sin.

So if I was "hardwired" to rape women, this would be ok with you? Your logic is flawed.

I think its sad that there are kids who are "taught" which people are "natural" and which ones are "unnatural"

Religion is full of holes, specifically christianity and catholicism. Babies that die before they are baptized go to purgatory instead of heaven. Mentally handicapped people incapable of repentance are condemned to hell.

People are willing to ignore several passages in the bible throughout modern history. In the bible, the books of Leviticus and Exodus state that people who shave or trim the hair around their temples must be put to death. People who work on sundays must be put to death. Eating shellfish is an abomination, people must not put 2 different kinds of crops in one field or wear dresses that are made of more than one material otherwise they are to be put to death.

People ignore all this crap from the bible, why can't they ignore the passages about homosexuality too? It's silly. Dont get me started on marriage rights for gay people either.

The Bible is not flawed, what others added on to it is flawed. Babies go to Heaven, everyone who dies before the age of consent.

Can't say that I understand it as a straight male, but someone being gay doesn't effect me in the least. Gay or straight as long as you aren't impacting another persons ability to live their life I don't see a problem. People are who they are and they have to make peace with that and accept it.

It is a sin. But I don't care since I am not. Its their choice, let them be. And how come people say it is a biological thing!?

Partially it's said to be biological to deflect criticism that suggests it is a) unnatural and b) is something that can be taught by 'bad' people and untaught by 'good' people

But the fact is, most people don't wake up one day and say 'I'm going to love women this morning." "Or I'm going to try a little dick today." most of us get hot or 'sprung' by whatever happens to turn us on. Just as there are men who like legs and men who like boobs, and men who agree with Sir-Mix-a-Lot, all of whom simply knowing what they 'like' without having to come up with a rationale or explanation for it.

So to do people who like the same sex as their own. simply know how they feel. The only choice is the choice on whether to act on those feelings.

As for the sin part. From where in the bible do you derive that? if it's from lividicus, then please read the following link. I'm pretty sure it's NOT in the ten commandments so I wonder? Where in the bible does it say it's NOT okay to be gay?
