Simple, break up with her first.
Nobody has the right to stop you from doing something you like/love.
There are things that you have to "sacrifice" in a relationship, but things like these are plain childish.
"I don't want you to go out and come back from your friend's house/club at 5AM drunk every single Friday" sounds more like a "thing to sacrifice".

Nobody in real life really knows I like anime, so it doesn't really matter :/ No anime franchise in the house, no dvd's no nothing... They would pretty much have to stalk me to know, so this probably would never happen to me...

Break up with them first. That's quite a fickle request. There are very few couples where both partners genuinely like both of the same things, and no one should have to give up something they love and enjoy (unless it's an extremely unhealthy habit like drugs, alcohol, etc.) for the sake of a relationship.

Like some have said; sure if I was absorbed to such a degree that I was neglecting my partner or responsibilities, it's more than reasonable to ask me to cut back on it...
... but more realistically, I'd just tell them to come watch it with me, since anyone I ended up going out with would be into it anyways.
