I certinly don't keep it a secret but I don't usually bring it up. Most of the people I know don't care and don't have anything to add to a conversation about anime so I reduce how often I mention it. I guess I could have voted no but instead I voted depends, it seemed more acurate.

I have never denied that I like anime, but I won't just randomly shove my interest in it down someone's throat. I don't know anybody else who likes anime so bringing it up normally doesn't do the conversation much good. I'm probably on the same page on iths as the person who posted above me.

Everyone that I actually care about, knows that i Love love LOVE anime. I've always been very proud in my liking of anime, I wear the T-shirts all the time and I have a mini Hatsune Miku keychain and plushie on my purse that I carry it around. Anime is a big part of my life, so I'd never hide my love for it <3!

Any of my close friends know that i watch an unhealthy amount of anime, but otherwise it's more of a "don't ask, don't tell" sort of policy with people that i don't know.
