Did she add milk?

Also have you ever tried Chamomile tea with cinnamon? The tea lets out a beautiful aroma, and it's so relaxing after a hard day.

What tea do you drink to relax? I need some good suggestions to try out new flavors. ^◡^

To relax? I drink camomile tea just as is.

Sometimes I drink green tea with lemon.

She didn't add any milk. She said it ruined the flavor. She did always have this jar of chinese spices with her though
I go to this japanese tea store near my town. They have A LOT of flavors, but I can't read any of them. I usually just taste to see what I can get.

My favorite at the moment is green apple. I love fruit so the moment I saw that it was like ZING!

Green apple seems like a delicious flavor. I'll definitely try it out. °◡°

When did you first start drinking tea? Were you raised with a set tea time everyday.

I started drinking it when I was like.. 7 haha. My dad always used to make it so I grew up with it. He always used to put milk in it though which removes most of its benefits.

How about you? Were you raised with tea?

When I was little we didn't have a set tea time every day, but my grandmother was a woman that believed tea can cure most illnesses alone. So she taught my mother all the different types of tea that can cure headaches or stomachaches and basically my mother would give my brother and I tea instead of medicine to cure our small colds or stomachaches,

In all honestly I have never tried mixing tea with milk. How did your dad prepare your tea?

My dad would just hit it. We got a more specific tea kettle now with settings for boiling water. from Green tea to black tea each need a different temp.

He just heat it up. Let it seep for a few minutes and then add sugar and milk. That ruins most of the benefits though. For example white tea has small traces of fluorite and helps reduce fat build-up. Add milk removes BOTH of these effects.

Yeah tea is extremely healthy for people. Especially white tea.

I see, I'll avoid the milk and sugar then.
