Do you guys agree with me? :(
I kind of tired with this "adult" stuffs...
I'm trying not to become like one of that kind of adult...:(

I think my post has led to an arguement..-_-"
well... It doesn't have to be your parents...
Parents just an example I gave to you guys...I mean I LOVE my parents so much..-_-"
They even called me an Angst filled Teenager . . .*sigh*
Specifically, the "adults" I mean here is my teacher who taught me in my university..-_-"
Well... this teacher doesn't want to admit his/her mistakes when he taught us a wrong formula on a statistic subject which is causing us, the students, a really great impact on our grades...-_-"
Well, I'm sorry if my posting has offended some of the adults here...But I don't mean it...
I can't really express it in english since I'm not really good at it...So, I think I'll explain as simple as possible so it won't lead to another misunderstanding...
Once again, I'm sorry if most of the adults here are offended of my posting and getting agitated about it...:)
I'll reflect about my mistakes that has been causing an unfriendly arguement here...:)
I'll try to explain better next time..:)

Do you mean all adults or just authority figure adults like parents for example? The term adult is a little too generalized for me to answer...and I wonder if I can answer because technically I am one xD

Well most of the time they just do whats best for you, they dont want u to fail in life.

But My parents are awesome, so that doesent really affect me, (they grew up in the 60s) and there very free and let me do whatever i want. I do agree alot of parents are selfish, ive seen alot of cases of it, but in my case, nope

If you're talking about parents being unfair, they actually are doing what's best for you. Yeah it sucks at the time but later on in life you'll appreciate it (crazy huh?)
Being an adult in general has it's drawbacks. People can turn into uptight assholes when they get to be an adult.
Although some people keep their sense of wonder and humor intact. So it's really about who you meet. Working sucks btw.
On the subject of adults are full of themselves. It depends on the individual. I know in my teens I was much more selfish than I am now.

How long is a piece of string? I'm not trying to be a self centred dick about this but your question is formulated in a way that makes it difficult to give you a fair answer.

Which adults? What rules? what do you mean by changing the rules based on own points of view?

If you're talking about parents, I don't see anything wrong.

When ever I argue about anything (ethics, politics, sport) they always end up telling me that they are not going to feed me if I don't agree with them. It's not fair

Not anymore than anyone else...

I had thought up a bunch of stuff to say but, this is faster.

Unless your folks are screwed up they generally want what's best for you and for most people the only way they can convey that kind of stuff is pretty much the same way their parents did, good or bad... Some people are better at it than others... Sometimes their folks were pretty screwed up . . .

Other adults . . . for most people, they are generally looking out for their own interests... Never forget that . . . some people more-so than others. There are some people that are more concerned others before themselves but they are far and few between.

Words don't really mean that much anymore in this world, you have to look at what people do.

Also the roadway to hell is paved the cobblestones of good intentions.
I hope I'm not too cryptic....

One thing about some adults is that the older they get the more rigid they are in their beliefs. I don't really know. I'm not very knowledgeable about people and they tend to confuse me.

Hate to be the first person to say this...But plenty of kids and teenagers are also self-centered and full of themselves...and a lot of it is due to bad parenting..which leads to an endless cycle. All adults are not what you describe them to be, nor are all authority figures.

Growing up I was pretty different, and I used to go against the grain of what my parents told me to do..and more times than not I got burned..and well I learned a lesson.

Being a grownup has its own merits, just as does being a kid or a teenager. I'm 27 and my daughter is 7 and trust me..I know exactly what I put my parents through.
