The heading might be something like "North American Members, plus W and X and Y and Z regions...etc....will be receiving...." and the list could get long.

Thing is, I've never seen complaints like "they only get series for North America, South Africa, Brazil, Australia, the UK and Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Finland Denmark and the Netherlands, and never for us!!!". And I've seen bucketloads of complaints, "they only get series for North America!!!" in almost every North America only thread when they bury the North America only license info.

If I was still living in Newcastle and saw an announcement, "North and South America, the UK, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands and South Africa", but not Australia, my reaction would be "bad luck". But if it was a catalog title and North America only and they buried the info, it seems to me it would be more annoying.

That's why my "announcement checklist" would include "if its NA only, be sure that shows up in the blurb on the front page". Don't force everyone outside of North America to click through to find that out.

They've actually gotten better about it, its just that they buried it this time by leading with two other items before getting to the license announcement.

Little flags at the bottom of the panel for license announcements to show right away would be fun, except when it includes "South America, Central America, the Caribbean, Africa and the Middle East", that would be a heck of a lot of flags!

Now, I admit that this one is especially annoying because its a series that causes a lot of fan buzz, and outside of North America, Australia and New Zealand, Germany Italy and Taiwan, nobody else knows if they are going to get a legit release.

If only the dub could be streamed as that's how I started watching the show. It isn't the world's greatest dub (far from it), but I really don't want to have to switch. Then again, I also don't want to have to wait 2 months to get past episode 4 so I might just cave.

Though this series totally didn't learn from Gurren Lagaan as they

In Gurren Lagaan and PMMM there were no other draws to the series, once they killed the best characters there was nothing. In Gurren Lagaan it were as if the creators had realized their mistake as they actually turned kept bringing Kamina back in various ways, ultimately shaping Simon into a Kamina knockoff.

Mami and the Dessert Witch are 2 of the most iconic members of the franchise and they didn't even make it through the first volume. Now it's up to Kyubei, the DNAngel plagiarism, to carry the show as the other main characters (which are all also disturbingly similar to characters in other franchises) aren't particularly remarkable.

Well, there's also the hilarity of it all, but I'm not sure how much hilarity will be there without Mami in the dub.

I watched this series a little while back. I'm so happy it is here! HD quality for a great show. It definitely ranks up on my list of favorite series. All series have their problems, but the awesomeness of this series really over shines any flaws it may have. And the artwork is fantastic ^^'
