Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide I like how Light killed the criminals in the first place but then he got crazy, used Misa and Takada, don't give a damn about his dad, and killed L well he didn't actually killed him. It was Rem.  I still blame Light though since he made her do it. |

Well Light started out with an idea that I imagine most people entertain from time to time. Originally I was with him, because it seemed like he was "battling evil" to make the world a better place. Then he just went crazy with power so I started to side with L. I'm not completely on one side of the fence or the other though, but i am leaning more towards L.

I hated the way Light became but after seeing everything he resulted to and everyone he used, I had hoped he was successful in the end.

I am on Light's side. Even though he did go psychotic towards the end I was still on his side because he's character was very interesting. He was the protagonist but also the antagonist which just caught my attention and I liked how he was intelligent. Plus L and his prodigies freaked me out a bit. I don't agree with how he used people, but I do respect how smart he was Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide and I was very upset when he died in the end . |

A great anime that focuses on a boy, Light, who finds this notebook that belongs to Shinigami's or Death Gods. Light discovers that whatever name he writes into the notebook dies, hence Deathnote. The series then follows Light and how he uses the Deathnote to control those around him and shape the world around him. It's a really great series and I suggest you watch it .

Im so team Kira.. with kira our world would be safe and its not like he kills innocent people light is responsible and knows what hes doing.. sure we could stay with Ls idea but look where thats gotten us... a child is killed every 40 seconds

I'm for justice but totally against tyranny and peace through war. So I'm on L's side (even if I personally liked Light more).
I also can't help but notice that online, a lot of people who go for Kira just admire his murdering badassery. I just know that if he were to succeed, there would be too many assholes supporting him just because they think he's cool instead of actually wanting peace. How awful.
