Bleach Anime is ending
|
Admittedly, I did want the series to end after Aizen, but now that they have decided to go forward with it, they shouldn't back out now, especially since the story was just starting to come together and get much better (refering to ep. 261).
But I honestly can't blame them for ending the series now that the ratings have dropped so low. I think most of the blame falls on us, the audience. Since I think most Bleach fans were in agreement that the series should have ended after the Aizen arc, it makes sense that few fans actually gave the show a fair chance to prove itself. All arcs take awhile to pick up steam and it seems like fans forgot this somewhere along the way. We never know which direction the story may take and we can't automatically label all episodes after Aizen as crap without having first watched them all. The story has just begun to move in an interesting direction (ep. 261) and is now ending because we basically wimped out. I feel somewhat saddened by the fact that my negative view of Bleach after the Aizen arc inadvertently killed the show. Since Aizen was never actually killed, I always had this gut feeling that he was going to come back somehow and now I may never know where the story was headed. Ah-well. As long as One Piece continues, I am happy. |

Because it hasn't been announced. I'm just putting 2 and 2 together, the anime will only be around 15 chapters off the manga by then and there's no sign of the pace slowing down. Last time they tried to drag stuff out the sales fell significantly, hence the original break (which was successful in restoring sales). There's also the foreshadowing in the current ED animation. |

I haven't been reading the manga so I didn't really know the anime was catching up fast. This sucks. |

It's quite sad to hear that, especially as Bleach had really good graphics and animation - one of the best, actually - and the story was well done, too [although it had its bad parts].

i don't believe one bit that bleach would end, and if it did it prob for the same reason as reborn. but i doubt that this is true.
for all we know its a time change, or even a name change. like naruto=naruto shippudden but thats something that the readers new about months before it happened. |

Could it be Bleach will be going on a extended break such as Gintama. To Bring it back later to improved ratings. If it continues right now the next filler arc will be over 100 episodes in length and that will do nothing for the ratings.

Ok, from my understanding, Naruto SD: Rock Lee no Seishun Full-Power Ninden will replace its time slot in April. My opinion on this is actually kinda blend on this. I mean, even if the anime continued, it would be a filler.
Well, w/e it's been a nice journey watching Bleach for awhile. |
