First time poster, but I think i have a different taste then most
not in any order so here goes

golgo 13 series cause you ballin og
heat/sanctuary/strain aka stuff by Yoshiyuki Okamura
Ieyasu printed by printed by mkb is cool
tokyo tribes 1 an 2 and inoue
anything by takehiko inoue
lone wolf for sure
dragonball forsure
ohhhhhhhhhhh You better read Cromartie higschool one the best I actually "lol"ed in class reading this
Naoki Urasawa's monster and 20th century boys are cool and scary
shaman king is a good classic too
neon genesis

I dunno im really into publisher and author/artist content, alot of good reads i could recommend and alot of stuff I really dislike

1. Watashi ni xx Shinasai (I think it's monthly so you might have to wait for translations sometimes)
2. Akame ga Kiru ( Probably a weekly manga)
3.Shakugan no Shana (the manga should be finished the translators are just slow and on mangafox, it's licensed)
4. Dear (by Fujiwara Cocoa, Kawaii >^<)
5.Hidan no Aria ( Probably monthly)
6. Unbreakable Machine Doll ( super cute and bloody the next ch is coming out on the 27th of June)
7.Joshiraku (cut manga kinda like a 4 panel manga, turning into an anime soon)
8.Inu x Boku ( Super awesome manga!!!!! and chapter 18 was really sad. Also by fujiwara cocoa)
9. infinite stratos ( good manga, but the light novel art was better. There's also an anime.)
10.Higabana no Saku yoru ni ( If you like Higurashi, you'll like this)
11. Negima ( finished and over 300 chapters)

here my list watch out some is mature
wolf guy (there is a anime to this made in the 80's no subs but hey that never stops us)
frezzeing ( also any side mangas there two as of right now) (also a anime)
dance in the vampire bund (dive in the vampire bund completely new side story)
maid sama (there an anime to this also)
skip beat (watch the live action and anime ends almost eaxctly but good to watch)

It's hard to choose, since what I'd put on that list would be different depending on whether the person is new to manga or not, their age/maturity/gender, etc.
