Steroids or you can sabotage your teammates (fatten, break one of their legs, etc.).... But if you wanna do things honest then every morning you run/jog outside day, time yourself if you want

Just practice, stretch right, and drink water. It's just running, you've been walking pretty much your whole like so it should be easy enough to learn.

I hate endurance running because my stamina is pretty low.....I rather burst running just waste all my energy in that few second moment

i guess u will need to build up your stamina if you wanna do better at the mile...don't forget to stretch
