I figure this is a good place to ask. Do most young people see everyone over 30 as being lame and having no valid points of view or do us geezers still have good traits.

lol I think they have the best opinions, nearly always backed up with good points o.0 Anyway, is being over 30 really that old?

I see it like this:

Thirty is six, six is three, three is five, five is four, four is cosmic.

Um being lame and having no valid points has nothing to do with being old.

I work with a bunch of people over 40 and they make very valid points of view toward things during work.

I love hearing things from older people, since a lot of what they say concerns advice and their past experiences that i can take and apply to my own life. I think its also necessary to sit and listen to them talk without interrupting and give them a piece of your time. We owe it to them in my opinion, and it is common courtesy. Even give super old and senile people a chance, whether you like it or not, they take enjoyment from telling their stories and talking to us, and in turn it makes me happy.

You mean the retarded teens? Yes, they do.

I personally never thought that. I don't think an individual that's 30+ is old nor did I think that some are lame and lack a valid point since that can vary for anyone at any age. :3

I'll be 40 in june. Funny, i don't feel old.

~ o,..,o ~ Hmmm I'm 53 and i feel like i'm 16. Most of the younger people here on this site act older than i do and i'm not sure why. True i have life experiences, and can give advice on things, but i also get a lot of good advice from people in their 20's. My husband is 18 years younger than me, and he is starting to get old on me. When i was very little, i acted like a grown up and could hold very interesting conversations with older people. Now i'm not sure what is going on with me because i'm not sure i feel comfortable talking to older people that act old. They would not approve of my conduct i suppose. But WTF this is me, and i don't care if they approve or not.

Lmao 30 is not old at all! Heck I'm crushing majorly on a dude that's 32. He acts and looks like he's 18 though.
