It's based on a game, and in my experience those aren't very interesting for me. But hey, I'll give it a shot.

"Availability Notes: Sorry, due to licensing limitations, videos are unavailable in your region. "
If you really want to officially enter Latin American Market you have two choices:
1-That message has to stop appearing in most simulcast series or 2 drop the price to something accord to the low number of simulcasted series.

Otherwise most people in the region won´t suscribe.

How do you think that messages stops appearing in many (though not "most" this last Summer or Winter[*]) simulcasts? More subscribers is the only way ~ the higher the minimum guarantee that Crunchyroll can offer for Latin American rights, the more series they'll get, and the more subscribers they have from Latin America, the higher a minimum guarantee they can offer.

That's the point of offering the Spanish subtitles when the series in Latin America launch this coming Spring season ... to make the series available more appealing, to get more subscribers, to be able to get more series in later season. This roller coaster ride of 60% one season, 30% the next is only going to stop if there are more Latin American members.

[* Just over half of new series in both Winter 2011 and Winter 2012 available to subscribers in Latin American, which means just less than half of new simulcasts region blocked. Fall was much lower, because of sublicensed series to North America alone, but last season saw the first sublicensed series that came with Latin American rights, so Crunchyroll may be able to turn the corner on that problem.]

@agila61 Don´t get me wrong i will suscribe as soon as the subtitles are available but it is a fact that mos people won´t suscribe if the offer doesn´t equal the one for the US.
That´s why i suggested a price drop for the region because the offer it´s limited.

BTW i DO understand how this licensing stuff works i´m just stating what most people in the region thinks.
If i where CR i would try to get a partner from the region to invest like Grupo Televisa that should take care of the extra licensing costs for the region and surell it has to be useful having a partner that knows the region don´t you think?
