I have to say Sae's my favorite antagonist because she has a twin DUH! Also she kind of freaks me out when she laughs.

Oh here are some info about broken neck:

She knew about the rituals being performed at the mansion.

She wears a tan colored kimono, with what appears to be red and purple flowers on the obi.

She was one of two people to commit suicide after the Calamity - the other was Lord Himuro.

Sometimes during random encounters with her, she will randomly appear, accompanied by sinister laughter, before attacking.
You cannot hurt Broken Neck if her head is not facing you.

Broken Neck is not the same as Fatal Frame II's Broken Neck Woman.

And her description:

Broken Neck was a ghost that appeared in Fatal Frame. Like many other ghosts that appeared in that game, not much is known about her; however, it is known that she was not a member of the Himuro Family, but a visitor to the mansion.

On the day of Kirie's ritual, Broken Neck was visiting the mansion as a guest. It's not known whether she was one of the people that witnessed the failure of the ritual at the Hell Gate or not, though it is likely that she was on the second floor at the time of the ritual, as that is where she was before she died.

Broken Neck knew of the ritual's failure, and that the Malice was spreading throughout the mansion. She may have even witnessed Lord Himuro's killing spree. What is known is that she became so frightened by Lord Himuro that she jumped off of the Moon Observatory, above the Cherry Atrium, to her death. She appears to have landed on her face, as her head is hanging over her back. She was one of the few people not killed by either the Calamity or Lord Himuro.

After her death, her spirit returned to the mansion she had died in and began to wander it. Miku Hinasaki first encountered Broken Neck when she walked out of the Doll Room for the first time. She appeared as a vanishing ghost known as Woman Who Jumps, and then became a hostile ghost. When Miku lifts the curse from the mansion, Broken Neck's spirit is finally able to rest.
