All I wanted to do is try all your services , but if you let your costumers get insulted by someone in your support forum then i certianly dont need to be a customer of this service and will discontinue my membership at the end of the month . Thanks for nothing!

If you want, I can go ahead and transfer the remainder of your subscription into a Drama account. This will make your sub non-recurring as well, so you can decide whether or not you would like to renew once the month is up. Please let me know & I'll take care of it ASAP. Apologies again.

If you read it more carefully, the member was probably just mispelling "access". Some members are fairly young, and since there are members from all around the world, some do not speak english as a first language.
