I had the chance to watch the whole series on netflix before I got it, but I have to say I enjoyed it a lot. Scale of 1 - 10 I'd give it at least a seven. It had a nice storyline, the characters were fun, and it didn't end like... ``wtf.`` Like most short shows do lol. So I'd say yeah, in my opinion it's worth the money! ^_^

yes buying the old classic anime(Sailormoon, DBZ, Evangalion, etc.) are worth it but the new stuff coming out these days in my opinion.. garbage.. they dont make anime with intriguing story line anymore like they used to D:

I have a little bit of an OCD thing going on and I cant physically collect series if I download them. There is just somthing abouth the physical covers and the colors they use for box sets that are just appealing to me.
In regards to TungKun....I agree sailormoon, tenchi, rurouni, ect... are all worth buying no doubt but there are some decent new anime these days worth getting to. There is definitely a new trend I believe now with animators and the styles and plots follow suit with that trend. 90's anime is gone welcome the 00's and beyond anime........hopefully they can keep up with the older classic series that will forever be inshrined in gold  |

As for me, I have a small collection of shows that I am thrilled to have. It's important to me to support my favorites and buy the physical copy as a "vote" for those shows.

I have the Blu-Ray versions. I checked the Amazon page and the description didn't change. What are the extras in which version?
