WELCOME! This is your live PPV report, starting with the pre show and going on for the 4 hour Wrestlemania 28 PPV!

Pre-show match in a Triple Threat Match for the WWE Tag Team Titles: Epico and Primo (c) vs. The Uso Brothers vs. Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd.

Here are the highlights:

* Intros had the Usos do their war cry minus pyro, then Kidd and Gabriel came out to Gabriel's theme, and finally the Colons, Primo and Epico, came with Rosa Mendes.

* Triple threat rules were in effect, so 3 men, one from each team at a time and the announcing crew of Matt Striker and Josh Mathews reminds us one can only tag their tag partner.

* Fast action early on including a slingshot dropkick form Primo.

* Epico has Jey Uso in a superplex but Tyson Kidd did a slingshot up to powerbomb them both!

* Jimmy Uso got a hot tag and a Bubba Bomb on Primo while hitting Gabriel with a fallaway arm drag.

* The Usos hit an assisted Irish Whip Samoan drop and stereo butt slams in the corners.

* Epico was backdropped on Primo by the Usos, then Jey did a top rope crossbody. Tyson and Jey fought until Kidd was tossed onto Jimmy for a Samoan drop.

* Gabriel had to reset and do a top rope Asai Moonsault on everyone.

* Gabriel went for a 450 splash but Primo got the knees up.

* Jimmy did the Superfly Splash on Justin Gabriel.

RESULT: Primo and Epico retain the Tag Team Titles when Primo did the Backstabber on Jimmy for the pin.

Daniel Bryan and AJ do an interview with Scott Stanford as his match with Sheamus for the World Heavyweight title will begin the PPV. Bryan said he'd capitalize on a Sheamus mistake to win. At the end he asked AJ for a kiss, then to prance around him with the title as he posed and she shouted "YES YES YES!" They also ran various promotional videos for matches like HIAC and of course Cena/Rock.

Lillian Garcia opens things up with a familiar rendition of America the Beautiful, with several service members in attendance.

The opening video focuses on The Rock and John Cena, as expected, but then transitions into the Triple H and Undertaker feud.

Your WrestleMania announce team is Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler.

As announced on the pre-show, the first match of the PPV is...

1. World Heavyweight Championship Match: Daniel Bryan (c) vs. Sheamus

Here are the highlights:

* Even during the pre-show it was an immensely hot crowd. Lots of YES chants when Bryan comes out, but boos for Sheamus and some for Bryan too once the action is on. The weather looks to be holding up too as the sun sets on the new Mania set.

* And since time is apparently of the essence, the match is done. Bryan motions to AJ to get up on the apron. The distraction allows Sheamus to hit the Brogue kick for the win. This is not a highlight by the way; it's the entire match.

RESULT: Sheamus is the new WWE Heavyweight Champion via Brogue Kick.

The plan was to beat the Kane vs. Chavo Guerrero record from a few years ago, but for reality, they didn't beat it. This had been planned for a while but there were people trying to get it changed.

Team Johnny was backstage. One of the Bellas is part of the posse. John Laurinaitis talked about how they have a chance to make history like when Hogan slammed Andre and when Austin didn't submit to Bret Hart.

They are doing a contest for 100 people to win a Mania vacation in New York next.

2 Kane vs Randy Orton

Orton goes to work on Kane and beats him into the corner. Orton stomps on Kane, so Kane rolls to the ring apron to create some distance. Orton goes for his patented rope-assisted DDT, but Kane slides through and tosses Orton onto the ropes. Kane connects with a Big Boot and gest a two count. Kane whips Orton to the mat and lands a basement drop kick to Orton's skull for another two count. Kane locks in a rear chin lock, but Orton fights back to his feet. Orton and Kane slug it out in the middle of the ring, but Kane connect with a right that drops Orton for yet another two count. Kane hits a side slam for another two count. Kane wrenches on Orton's neck, but Orton slowly regains his vertical base. Kane flights Orton onto the corner and follows up with a delayed vertical suplex in the middle ring for a two count. Kane has been in control for almost the entire match, and he presses his advantage by going right back to the rear chin lock. Orton again fights back to his feet, Kane goes for another vertical suplex, but Orton floats over and lands on his feet. Orton hits a clothesline and follows up with a power slam. Orton whips Kane to the corner, and Kane posts his shoulder. Orton hits the rope-assisted DDT and sets up for the RKO. Orton goes for the RKO, but Kane counters into a Big Boot for a two count. Kane heads up top and flies, but Orton connects with a drop kick to the ribs in mid-air. Orton sets up for the Skull Punt, but Kane catches him with a Choke Slam for a LONG two count. Both men get back to their feet, but Kane pounds on Orton in the corner. Orton fights back and goes for a quick RKO, but Kane again pushes Orton to the corner. Orton catches Kane with a drop toe hold and then takes him up to the top turnbuckle. Orton pounds on Kane up top and set up for a Super RKO, but Kane counters into a Super Choke Slam from the top rope for the three count.

Match Result: Kane defeats Randy Orton with a Super Choke Slam from the top rope.
Match Length: 10:58

(Well this did get time and Kane got a win and it was surprisngly clean, Weather this feud continues I can';t say but with what occured in the World Heavyweight Title match I'm not sure which direction we're heading in)

Up next is a segment with Mick Foley and Santino Marella eating crab together with the host of "Deadliest Catch". Marella talked about Double Double E, they plugged the show and Foley talked like he was the Captain in the Wiggles and the guy from Deadliest Catch said nobody really talks like that. They really taking full advantage of their respective sock puppets and completely destroy the crabs It's at this point when Ron Simmons shows up with a "Damn!"

There was a National Guard promo with the wrestlers.

3. Intercontinental Championship Match: Cody Rhodes (c) vs. The Big Show

Here are the highlights:

* I'd give comments by the way post match but so far the 2 PPV matches I covered haven't lasted too long!

* Prior to the match, they re-air the highlight footage of Big Show's embarrassing WrestleMania moments.

* Cody plays cat and mouse with Big Show early on, but is caught and pummeled in the corner.

* Cody comes back and goes right to the knees with a low dropkick and continued the assault.

* Cody goes for a moonsault, but Show stops him, until Cody pulls Show's hand down with him to the arena floor. Cody follows up with the beautiful disaster, but is unable to knock the giant off his feet and attempts another one, but is met with a spear in mid-air.

RESULT: Big Show is the new Intercontinental Champion via the WMD KO Punch.

Big Show kissed his wife, Bess as he was leaving.

4 Beth Phoenix and Eve Torres vs. Kelly Kelly and Maria Menounos

We go to the ring and out comes Eve Torres with WWE Divas Champion Beth Phoenix. We get some technical difficulties as they come out. Maria Menounos comes out next with Kelly Kelly and the announcers acknowledge Maria’s recent injuries. The bell rings and it’s Kelly and Eve starting out.

They go at it and trade roll ups early on. Kelly takes Eve to the corner for the back elbow but it gets blocked. Eve goes up top for the moonsault but Kelly knocks her down. Menounos gets tagged in now. She and Kelly do a double sweet face to Eve in the corner. Eve takes Maria down and works her over on the ropes now.

The match goes on back and forth. Menounos finally tags in Kelly Kelly. Kelly goes at it with Beth and takes her down. Beth goes up top and flips down with a nice pin but Eve breaks it up. They go on and Kelly blocks the Glam Slam. Menounos eventually goes up top but she takes way too long. Beth lifts Menounos over head until Kelly makes the save. They tangle and Menounos rolls Beth up for the win.

Winners: Kelly Kelly and Maria Menounos

(As expected the team with the celeb won .)

- Matt Striker is backstage with Shawn Michaels. Shawn is in his referee shirt and says tonight, he holds the power to end an era in his hand.

- Justin Roberts is in the ring and announces a new Sun Life Stadium record with 78,363 fans in attendance. We get a big pyro display to celebrate.

5. Hell in a Cell with Undertaker's Wrestlemania Streak on the Line: The Undertaker vs. HHH
NOTE: "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels will be the special guest referee.

Here are the highlights:

* THANK GOODNESS Jim Ross and his new goatee beard are coming down to call this match, likely per requests of all the competitors.

* Each person got a long entrance intro of course, even the Hell in a Cell got Metallica while it was lowered from the special canopy above the ring. The Game comes out of an entrance that looks like a haunted house. Undertaker is sporting a brand new cloak, which looks like it has spikes or thorns on it, and of course reveals his shaven head finally.

* Early into the match Triple H blades after being sent face-first into the cage. A humorous part of the match is when Michaels goes to check the cut, but is quickly shoved aside by Taker. Taker controlled the match until HHH got a DDT.

* HHH got the steel chair out to wallop Taker with. The cage, stairs were all used multiple times by both men.

* HHH went for the Pedigree but was countered. Taker is able to lock in Hell's Gate. Just like last time. This time HHH powerbombs out of it.

* After more chair shots, the sledgehammer finally came into play. Michaels tries to stop him from using it, but The Game keeps instructing Michaels to end the match, or he will. Taker makes it to his feet, only to be floored with the sledehammer. The Game positions the hammer for a soldier's execution, but Michaels rips it from his hands.

* With Taker down he goes for the Hell's Gates and gets HBK instead. HHH broke it up but then got a low blow and yet another Hell's Gate.

* Triple H goes limp, but Michaels is still knocked out. Charles Robinson then comes down and unlocks the door. Meanwhile Taker plants Triple H with a chokeslam for two. Out of frustration, Taker then chokeslams Robinson.

* Taker tries for the Tombstone, but Triple H slides over the back and shoves Undertaker into the Sweet Chin Music from Michaels. The Game follows that up with the Pedigree, but only gets two.

* Triple H grabs the hammer again and Michaels attempts to stop him, but is shoved to the outside. He then turns back to Taker, who sits up, scaring the bejeepers out of Hunter.

* Taker unloads with a flurry of offence and delivers the Tombstone. Michaels makes the count, but Taker only gets two. Taker tries for another Tombstone, but Triple H once again slides out and delivers the Pedigree, only getting two.

* Both men go for their respective weapons, but Taker steps on the sledgehammer, so Trips can't pick it up, and then he delivers a series of blows with the chair. This gets him a two-count. Triple H struggles to his feet and tries to deliver a sledgehammer shot, but Taker blocks it and nails The Game with the hammer instead. Taker then finally delivers another Tombstone for the final three count.

RESULT: The Undertaker goes 20-0 with the win via the Tombstone Piledriver pin.

(COMMENTS: Now can say they went out there hard. A well deserved standing ovation though people were on their feet the entire half hour long match.)

After the match, Michaels offers his hand to Taker and helps him to his feet. Michaels and Taker embrace, and Michaels raises Taker's hand in victory. Taker braces himself on the ropes as Michaels checks on Triple H, who has yet to move. Taker and Michaels drag Triple H back to his feet and both help him out of the ring. Michaels and Taker stand on either side of Triple H and ever so slowly help him back up the ramp. All three men stand at the top of the stage and embrace in a moment that seems eerily reminiscent of the 1996 Curtain Call. 20-0.

HHH was bleeding over his left eye, they never called attention to it. It appeared early that they were trying to bust HHH open hardway and not a blading. They had tons of welts from the chair shots but otherwise able to walk away from an amazing match.

Santino ducks Miz and hits him with the Cobra for a 2 count as Ziggler breaks the pin.

Ryder comes in to take out Ziggler and Miz. He hits the Ruff Ryder on Miz but it’s blocked and he takes out Ziggler with it. Eve comes in as Miz is about to kick Miz in the face. John Laurinaitis and CM Punk meet backstage. Laurinaitis told him he doesn't want a brawl, he wants a wrestling match. Laurinaitis told him that if he loses his temper and get DQ'd the title changes hands.

There is at least 75 minutes left and only two matches, so Punk vs. Jericho should be a long match.

7. WWE Championship Match: CM Punk (c) vs. Chris Jericho

Here are the highlights:

* CM Punk got a huge fireworks display intro. Jericho has his blinking jacket back.

* A quiet, somewhat waiting on big spots crowd was now watching.

* Lots of older moves came out, like CM Punk's Welcome to Chicago double underhook backbreaker which Jericho also did and Jericho's Lion Tamer form of the Walls of Jericho.

* Punk beats down Jericho in the corner after a slap to the face until the referee reminds him of the stipulation. As Punk backs away, Jericho asks him how his father is. Punk responds with more assault in the corner.

* Punk goes for the Macho Man elbow drop, but Jericho retreats to the floor, only to be taken down with a clothesline off the top rope to the floor. Jericho continues to verbally assault Punk with shots at his father and sister and sticks out his head, trying to get Punk to hit him with a chair but he doesn't.

* Jericho actually suplexes Punk over the top rope to the outside, which looked incredible.

* Punk brings them back into it a little with the running high knee in the corner. Jericho then tries the lionsault, but Punk gets the knees up. Jericho blocks it however and tries the walls of Jericho. Punk counters out of that and drives home a roundhouse kick for two. Punk tries the Macho Man elbow drop again, but ends up colliding with Jericho's knees. Jericho utilizes those same knees to deliver the Code Breaker.

* Punk rolls to the floor, and Jericho rolls him back in, but walks right into the GTS, but Jericho gets his foot on the rope at two. Punk delivers the snap powerslam for two. Jericho drapes Punk on the top rope with a gourdbuster and then delivers the lionsault for two. Punk tries a top rope hurricanrana, but Jericho expertly counters in midair into the Walls of Jericho that Punk rope breaks.

* Punk delivered a tope on the outside. Punk tries a springboard attack, but Jericho catches him with the Code Breaker in midair for two. Punk tries the GTS again, but Jericho blocks it and applies the Walls of Jericho again. Punk switches to the other side and takes Jericho down and applies the Anaconda Vice. Jericho drives some knees into Punk's head to counter and tries the Walls again. Punk somehow counters into the Anaconda Vice again, finally forcing Jericho to tap.

* Solid 20 minute match with tons of counters in the last 5 minutes.

RESULTS: CM Punk retains the WWE Championship via submission to the Anaconda Vice.

(They woke the crowd back after being spend from HIAC. Maybe not the best match of the card but they played a key role nevertheless.)

Brodus Clay came out dancing with a whole show of women dressed up as old women one pretending to be his mamma as they all danced with giant butt padding. He says he wants everyone to reach into their pockets, pull out their phones and call their mommas. Clay is speaking to his own momma, and finds out that she is there. He then brings out a woman with an extremely large butt. Brodus and this momma then start dancing along to Brodus' music

Then while Machine Gun Kelly and Flo Rida were being prepared for the main event, P.Diddy appeared and got booed by the fans. He was there to introduce with Justin Roberts Machine Gun Kelly.

Underdogs rise above hate. The crowd boo’s some as John Cena’s music hits.

8 The Rock vs. John Cena

Cena puts Rock on the mat and goes for the Five Knuckle Shuffle as the crowd boos. Cena nails it and waits for Rock to get up. “Same ol shit” chant from the crowd. Rock slides out of the Attitude Adjustment and both men go down again.

They get up to their feet and trade shots. Rock goes down to a knee but comes back. Rock goes back down to a knee but comes right back with a series of right hands. Cena connects out of nowhere for the Attitude Adjustment but Rock barely kicks out at 2. More dueling chants from the crowd. Cena lifts The Rock but Rock nails the Rock Bottom. Cena fights back in and rolls Rock up for the STF, locking it in. Rock crawls for the ropes but Cena pulls him back and tightens the hold.

Rock starts to fade in the STF but he won’t tap out. The referee checks Rock’s arm and he isn’t moving. The arm drops twice but on the third time, Rock tightens his fist and starts to fight back. Rock makes it to the bottom rope and breaks the STF. Rock catches Cena with a Samoan Drop and both go down.

The referee counts but both men make it up. Rock staggers Cena with several right hands. Cena kicks back and fires away with punches. Rock catches for a Rock Bottom but Cena counters it. Rock hits a crossbody but Cena rolls through and stands up with Rock in his arms. Cena goes for the AA and nails it for a close 2 count.

Cena goes for the Five Knuckle Shuffle again but mocks The Rock and goes for the People’s Elbow. Rock stands up, catches him and nails the Rock Bottom for the win.

Winner: The Rock

(Good main event that delivered as far as crowd involvement goes and was stready in nthe ring. Much as it will be debated in the next 24 hours right call in having Rock winning to send the crowd home happy)

- After the match, The Rock celebrates as Cena rolls out of the ring. The Rock poses for the fans in Miami as his music plays. Fireworks go off as Michael Cole thanks us for watching. WrestleMania 28 goes off the air with The Rock posing for the fans.

(Overall a fairly good Wrestlemania compared with last years. First hour did not start well at all and the three big matches saved this from being a disapointment which would have sucked.Plenty of new questions going into the most intresting Raw so far this year as a lot could happen)

Thank's to everyone for following and from myself and trigunkwan hope you enjoyed the coverage of Wrestlemania 28 and please check the behind the scenes thread for information post Wrestlemania as it comes to hand ahead of Raw tomorrow.
