I personally prefer dubbed anime. It can be pretty redundant having to focus on the writing and the animation at the same time, plus I enjoy native english, jokes can be understood alot better too, some things are just too difficult to really translate due to language barriers. Like the anime called "desert Punk", alot of the slang/crap talking in english was much funnier and understood than the japanese counterpart.

The question being, is there any english dubbed anime on this site? I had just become a premium member, if not i'll just revoke the payment and goto another site, no offense meant or anything this is a grade A site.

Heres a good comparison

I have not found any anime on this website dubbed. But it does have a lot of titles I had never heard of. Also I can see where you're coming from with the whole having to read and watch at the same time. I tend to like English voice actors more, I get to know some of their voices really well. But this depends on the anime, subbed is always good too...heck, both are cool with me.

There are a few dubbed shows on Crunchyroll but not many. Only about 10 I think but I don't remember what they are as they aren't available in the UK. Crunchyroll is primarily for subtitled simulcasts. Most of the anime on Crunchyroll is anime which will never be released in the USA dubbed. If you want dubs then go buy DVD's, but by limiting yourself to dubs you will miss out on many good series that will never be dubbed.

Gundam 00 is dubbed, and the movie Lady Death is also. I've only been on the site for a few weeks, but I came across both of those, and they are definitely in English.

In the case of Gundam 00, it was so amazing in English, I had to buy the DVDs so I could watch it in Japanese.

I have to say though, subtitles for the win!! >.<

Simulcasts are never dubbed, so once you've finished the few dubbed catalog titles at Crunchyroll, you'll probably want to look into FUNimation.com ~ they focus on dubs. Their subscription includes things like access to dubs before the disks are released.
