I ordered the code geass deal on february 26 and still have not received it. I spent a lot of money and want to know where it is.

Did you actually read the terms of the deal?


Delivers in 2-4 weeks.

Has it been 2 weeks since February 26? Yes.

Has it been 4 weeks since February 26? No.

I have a totally separate complaint on the "Daily Deal":

Yesterday you offered You're Under Arrest season 2. I bought it!

Today you're offering YUA season 3. I.... argh! I almost bought it! But I can't bring myself to spend $5 for shipping on two different orders two days in a row. When you offer closely related products that are going to draw the same sort of customers, it would be great if you could offer it all on one day, or provide a way for a shipment to piggyback on the previous day's order, or something like that. Paying 25% of the cost of an item for shipping is a big psychological hurdle, and doing it two days in a row is just too much.

As for slow shipping: well, I get it - Japan is a long way away, surface shipping is slow, and air freight costs a fortune. I still remember the days when everything was "4-6 weeks for delivery" - but kids these days are spoiled by the modern "ships in 24 hours" era.
