i would take i 22. lol yea i know they're usually used for just training but its not the weapon its the user and it makes people around you who have actually dangerous guns look hicken s**t and if you have god enough reflexes, eye sight, reaction time and luck you can match a guy armed with a minigun with a kitchen knife

but if you need a gun i'd suggest a M107 .50 Caliber dunno if the names right, my memory isn't as good as it used to be

Money isn't a problem? A tank.

Or better yet, a simulator, so that some poor animal isn't murdered for sport.

This is America, for now we still have rights and one of those rights is the right to keep and bear arms. Why do you think our founders felt it necessary to make keeping and using weapons the number 2 freedom just behind freedom of speech? Because your former king used to raid peoples homes and take them and our founders felt the power was supposed to reside in the people not the government. The government is supposed to fear the people not the other way around. So... It's not crazy to use keep bear or discuss firearms, nor hunt. It IS part of our culture.
It is only now that the Marxist / Socialist President is making inroads to destroying civil liberties in the US . Hopefully he will be unemployed soon and you can elect him in your country because he is not American by birth.

Any more questions?

If deer are not hunted ( or many other species) they overpopulate the given habitat. Then they end up as roadkill or starving due to a lack of food in the area. If insufficient numbers are not culled then rangers have to go out and kill off excess population based on ecological data. BTW Hunters who pay for licenses and tags, and taxes for guns, ammo, bows, arrows, are the major contributors for the preservation of wildlife.
Without Hunters and Sportsmen ( that's me, I have the tools and skills but choose not to hunt, I like target practice because you never know) the money to preserve wild spaces and manage lands would dry up.

Perhaps you live in a city but its really not fun to hit a deer, it's bad for all parties. Wildlife Managment is the key , and Hunting is part of that.

Put aside the brainwashing and indoctrination and become more pragmatic, hunting is necessary.

As for the hunting gun question, I think the SCOUT rifle that RUGER makes is pretty cool. A forward scope bolt action with removable 5-10 round mag, .308, with back up iron sights. I'd like one.

Why not a Remington M700?

It comes in many calibers and most police departments use them for the one-off head shot....
I can group mine inside 3/8 inch at 300 yards, and my eyesight is bad. If I shoot offhand I open up to about an inch... that's 5 rounds in a group.

I'd be curious what you are hunting. If it's black-tails in the woods you'd be fine with a shotgun and some 00 buckshot.

The other thing is how much you intend to practice.

Then you might aswell say its abnormal to enjoy a game of soccer or football. Are you touched in the head? :P

Plenty of people hunt. Just because you don't hear about it doesn't mean it's not normal. YER WEIRD. :[

Hunting is perfectly legal in the U.S. And in AH-MEH-REE-KA football is the american kind. Just because you're country is againsnt it doesn't mean its abnormal. In fact, hunting is a good thing here. It helps keep the balance of nature in check. Otherwise there'd be a population surplus from the animals. And you can ">.>" all you want. It's still a sport. : D

Well I come from the UK where we are against killing animals for no reason. It certainly isn't a sport. It is just cruel. And we invented "soccer" and we call it football. And all other european countries call it football too so it is football, not bloody soccer!
You know what else is legal in the US? Owning a gun. Having sex at 13 in some states. Does that mean it is ok? Nope.

I'm so so glad I don't have to live in your crazy country.
