Decayed Streets (Japan)

"Serpent still has Birdseye. All we have to do is find him again. Chew me out if you have to. I was only hoping to save all of our other Rebellions. And one loss is better than thousands of them." Michael stood his ground, refusing to look at anybody.

Archer raised an eyebrow, "Do you KNOW the location of any more of Birdseye's and Serpent's hideouts? Besides, you're not looking at the big picture! We lose a few bases and a couple hundred men, that's a shame. Serpent lives on, and Ivan has the world's most intelligent man under his wing."

"Not to," Todd began before being cut off by a cough, "mention that," he coughed again, "we gave The Overseer's research data over to Serpent. Who knows what a man that smart could do with the technology to build nearly indestructible robots...fuck, who knows what a man that smart could do if he got a chance to learn The Father's methods."

"You weren't the one being pressured. I was under a time limit in there. If you guys are so smart, one of YOU should've noticed that stupid mechanical crab and went in instead of me! You KNOW how I am!"Michael growled.

A middle-aged woman came from behind a certain amd walked to Todd. "We should do something about that wound hm? Are ypu able to walk dear?"

(A curtain??? In a chopper??? How 'bout from the cockpit or something, maybe?)

Archer growled, "We all saw it, Michael! Serpent said you were the only one 'worthy' of going in. I know him. If any of us tried to go, we would've probably been sliced by a laser grid or something!"

"Well alright then. What else can you do? What's done is done now! What are you gunna do? Kill me? Sue me?"Michael turned away from Archer.

(Well a chopper is rather simple {for Skybird's chopper I imagine a cross between a transport and a gunship}, so Skybird's chopper would have the cockpit in the front, with two seats, for the pilot, and either a co-pilot or just a passenger. Behind that is the 'transport deck', with seven seats, four directly behind the cockpit, and three on the other side. On either side of the transport deck is a large sliding door made of metal. When the doors are open, two passengers will be able to use the turrets mounted on the side of the chopper. When closed, these turrets fold into the chopper's bottom. Behind the transport deck in Skybird's chopper is what I {and by extension, Skybird} call the 'bomb deck' where multitudes of bombs are kept in storage to use in a bombing run.)
(That's just the layout of Skybird's chopper, but other choppers are usually quite similar, with a few exceptions)

Archer put his palm to his own face, looking down, "I'm only saying, Michael. Serpent chose you because you were the one he thought would make the right call to his terms. He was using you to escape when we arrived. I thought you would have seen through that." he was speaking more softly, disappointment showing in his voice more than anything else.

Todd looked up at the woman with pained eyes. He was about to say something before he coughed again.

Sam leaned around the woman to look at Skybird, "Yo, cracka! Who's dhis?"

The woman smiled softly at him. "I'll help you then." She gently put her arms around his shoulder and another on his lower back before carefully helping him stand. She turned to Sam. "I'm a certified nurse. Or doctor, since I can do surgeries as well. Skybird picked me up, thinking I was some sort of...nevermind..."She helped Todd into her little area.

Michael rolled his eyes. "Did you expect me to change? In case you havmen't noticed, I'm not the bright man."

"I expected you to think about the consequences." Archer sighed.

Todd grunted in pain multiple times before beginning to speak, "How bad is it? I didn't wanna look myself..."

Michael somewhat laughed, and remained silent after that.

The nurse smiled sweetly. "Not too bad dear. Nothing I can't fix anyways."

"You better be able to fix it." Archer said, looking over at the nurse and ceasing all talk with Michael, "We need him to lead our demolitions training program."

The nurse frowned. "I bet you do." She took Todd and lay him on a cot in the back.

Sam slid over next to Michael, "Hey...don't worry 'bout Archer. Dat cracka's just upset cuz Todd got shot fo' dis." she said quietly.

Michael scoffed before stating, "Believe me. I'm not. I AM a bit worried about how Queens and Taira are coming with their mission though..." And left it at that.

Sam sighed, shrugging, "A'ight cracka. Just don't blame Archer fo' how he's actin'. Dat's all I was sayin'." she remained silent after that.

Michael stayed quiet as well. The nurse had long since knocked Todd out and began a prodcedure to get the bullet out of Todd's leg.
