Equipment: phoenix blade and specially harden chains that when used together make a good combo. The chains have been heated and mended to be nearly unbreakable.

Magic name: Flame magic
Magic description: It takes energy and concentration to turn his body to flames. Otherwise most attacks will simply go through his body with him unharmed and is unable to keep it active for over more than 8 seconds with each use. Can summon up flames around his body and manipulate to fire similar to a dragon roar. The flames if used with the phoenix blade can form a sword of fire. By wrapping the flames around the chains can use a flame whip or wrapping around something to burn or pull to him.

OK then I changed it around a bit, also I've got a question about techniques can we only use the uses in the manga/anime or can we make some of those up?

Weaponry/Equipment:
Purgatory Chains- Multiple super long dark chains that have bladed tips, he typically has these wrapped around on of his arms. These chains are said to have been forged in the flames of hell making them highly durable. They aren't harmed by flame magic.
Draco- A unique sword made up of 16 segments alternating between blade and disc segments after the hilt. There are 7 discs and 8 blade segments. When fully connected it is a foot wide and 7 feet long, each segment is connected by the weilders mana by controling it they can change the formation of the segments to suit their desire. Asmodai typically makes the bonds slightly loose allowing him to use Draco as a whip sword which can extend to great lengths. When not using it Asmodai hides the various pieces on his body under his clothes having them act like armor.

Magic Description:Chain Magic (連鎖魔法 Rensa Mahō): This Magic allows Asmodai to shoot long chains from his hands, complete with grappling hooks at the ends. These are capable of piercing through foes without actually hurting them, allowing him to grasp opponents and smash them around against surrounding objects.This magic can also be used to manipulate the actual chains he weilds.

Airspace: This magic a variation of Air Magic. Airspace is a Magic that revolves around the manipulation and control of the airspace in the environment. This Magic is invisible, making the opponent unable to see its spells and vulnerable to be attacked by surprise. This Magic can be used for offensive purposes, such as making the airspace explode, as well as defensive purposes, such as teleporting through it.

Techniques:
Metsu:User hits his target with energy and completely saps their Magic from them. The Magic then hangs in the air before it dissipates. The damage is based on the enemy's Magical Power, if the target of this attack has immense Magic Power, they suffer immense damage.
Zetsu:User fires multiple void blasts at his opponent. Those blasts then explode spontaneously around the target
Teleportation:By using this spell, the user becomes intangible to physical and Magical attacks and is able to move invisibly through the airspace.
Harken: A chain magic spell which causes multiple small magic circles to appear, on Asmodai's command an arrowhead with a cable is shot out. Unlike the normal chain spell which doesn't harm the target these harkens do. Asmodai can also change the tips to suit his needs, to things like hooks,cuffs, ect. The Cables they use are also easier to destroy than the normal chains.
"Door Knocker": Asmodai covers his body in chains which reduce the damage he takes from blunt and slashing attacks by dispersing their power upon impact. He then uses his Airspace magic to make himself float,then with a spin Asmodaipropels himself towards his target coming at them like a drilling human bullet. He calls it the Door knocker because he can easily go through a 3 story biulding when using it.
Aposte- Asmodai fires chains which have anchors at the end of them from his hand(s) besides using them to directly attack his target(s) he can also use these anchors in 2 similar ways. 1.Using them together he grabs a large boulder from the ground and hurls it at his target. 2. He sends the anchors out in different directions each one getting strongly embedded in the ground when he brings them back each one has a large chunk of the ground with them allowing them to form a large boulder.
"The Daemon's Stomach": Asmodai's favorite spell to use against those that try to run. Working best when used in a city or an area with a lot of things around, when activated Asmodai actual chains glow and disappear off his arm reappearing around himself and his target forming something of a cage by piercing through the things around them regardless of how hard or strong it should be. The chains keep the target within Asmodai's desired range, turning things into a sort of cage fight. It is not impossible to escape this technique as the chains do not form a ceiling and have enough space between them to allow a person the squeeze through by puling them apart a bit, though the latter is not the best idea since Asmodai still has enough control over the chains to make them move to hold a target. This spell is also a great defense against Lightning Magic users as the chains draw electricity towards themselves and ground it .
"Chains Which bind even Gods": A magic circle appears on the ground and when anyone Asmodai deems a target is within the circle multiple chains spring up in order to completely imobilize them. The chains of this spell are very dificult to deal with as they guage the targets strength(physical & magical) and become equal to it making them harder to break.
Y Dra: A combination of his Airspace and Chain Magic, In essence, it is “a high speed attack consisting of nine consecutive strikes, as swift as if the attacks are overlapping”, and it is also noted that its form as a discharge of nine dragon-like homing lasers at the enemy. He starts by separating Draco into 9 pieces using his airspace magic to spin the fragments at high speeds making the mana in the air and around the pieces collect together turning into multiple gatherings of plasma which he can then fire out like beams which he controls with chain magic. This technique is capable of adapting and changing how it strikes depending on the target and circumstances of its use. Named after the Brightest star in the Draco constellation, it is also based on the mythical Hydra due to the Asmodai pronounces it.
