A lot are great; drama/humor or romance/humor is my favorite genre for anime and manga, but I think the best (I mean, in funnies) are:
KareKano and Full Metal Panic Fumoffu
and in drama (and by this I don't mean those annoyingly complex characters who sleep with their best friend's boyfriend or kill their brother's girlfriend or whatever; I mean emotions outside being horny and/or jealous ):
