Full Metal Panic, hehe.
I've been posting about this anime quite a bit today. It really is great. The dense guy and the tsundere.
Maybe School Rumble.
Here, it's dense girl and a guy with terrible luck/timing.

By far, Ayumu has to be the best main character from a harem anime ever. No other guy can cross dress as a chainsaw wielding magical girl and still look cool.
