I was watching episode 1 of Maburaho. It was in Japanese with english subtitles. When i got the credits, it listed the English language cast. Is there a way hear that version on Roku?

Not at present, since CR doesn't have it.

You will sometimes see English cast listed in the credits if CR has been provided with the DVD version by the publisher (typical of library titles), but that doesn't mean CR was provided with both versions.
