I have tried sites as:
fanfiction.net
archiveofourown
ficwad
asianfics

But none of them were any great for various reasons.
The ficwad site didn't even allow me to post any stories because it couldnt comprehend the things i told it to do.
The community in the other sites didnt really care any much about the texts i wrote or even belittled them.

Therefore i would like to know if there is other good sites for uploading texts/stories on the web and alike, ranging from anime to fantasy.

The site must be decent to use and read as well, open minded and active community, at least 100 people in it and no rules saying you must be perfect with the grammar. Also, there must exist a functional anti plagiarism function, stopping others from simply copying of a text. The staff of the site need to be good and serious about hindering plagiarizers within the site they run.

*Already received some good posts in this thread. I didn't expect that. Still, i think they are only the tip of the iceberg *
**Make sure to read my first post carefully before replying. Not "serious" posts/replies will be ignored and seen as trolling or spam. **

@robkli you're not the only one looking for a place to publish your stuff

Since I don't go on any of those sites I can't be really much help at this moment. You could try your luck on the Fanfiction foum here although.

People still go on there, but it's not as active as other forums here.

The standards i have written in this thread are reasonable as they are, but sure, finding a site that fit all of the dots will be hard, but not impossible i hope.
So what do you mean with lowering my standards (even more)?

Just go to a fanfic site and settle there. If you want people to read your stories, participate in a bunch of forums and show interest in their stories, too, instead of looking for a perfect setting.

Wattpad.com

Try that one out. I've never used it myself but I've heard it's decent.

livejournal is really good for finding fanfics of a certain show. There are a lot of fic communities on there.
There are some fics on quizilla and deviantart as well

Have you thought about Deviantart? It doesn't fit the plaigerising part of your specifications perfectly but it has pretty much everything else. Of course the odds of finding a website that doesn't allow the copy of text seems highly unlikely. And even then plaigerism is still possible.
