Bleach - the animation has improved so much, im amazed by it, i find myself concentrating on the backgrounds and such more then the actual episode
The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya (movie) - to be quite honest i was not expecting such detailing on the animation, once again, i was simply amazed by the quality of the movie animation...

Tiger & Bunny
Usavich
Ghost in the Shell

Dat 3d. Also Death Note, but I think it's just the art style that's so attractive.

Half(90%) the time so I guess more than half people aren't differentiating between graphics and animation.

I admit I am not very versed on the subject and am thus pretty ignorant but I will say I tried to follow at least 3 of these rules.

So ... what would your recommendations be?

It's really difficult in animation these days, from the last few years I felt anime in general are being cranked out while the graphics aspects have improved, animations haven't gone anywhere. Only big scale animes received a decent animation qualities.

I'd recommend macross series simply for the fact the entire macross universe is singing half the time. Also Rideback has a good animation feel as well as graphics to further the anime.

*looks up Usavich and is quite impressed with your mentioning it*

Expects nothing less from a fellow TAG member.

I haven't watched these two animes but screenshots in different anime blogs show their stellar quality: Guilty Crown and Fate/ Zero.

Perhaps it has aged, but Cowboy Bebop had extremely good animation for a TV anime in its time. I was also particularly impressed by Eden of the East.
