Honestly? I really don't agree. I preferred the other layout, but I guess I'll get used to this.

It's just annoying that it always seems that the next step in any site layout is pretty much removing all color that made it interesting to look at, turning the look into something bland, boring, and pretty much indistinguishable from any other site. That it pretty much takes away a unique look for something typical and conforming.

I like how the anime section can load on one page. Also looks very nice. I dont really like all the white around though haha. I like how the comments in the anime episodes are below now.

that big orange bar is what defines crunchyroll to me. without it, its just look like another site I'll skip in a heartbeat.

also, the removal of "recently" added section where you can go straight to your favorite shows is mind-numbing since one thing in basic website design is functionality. you just removed one of your most useful function and what draws people to subscribe.

No offense to anyone who like it but I suggest a serious rethink of what you did to the site.

I preferred an all when sorting all by alphabetical order instead of being limited to just an alphabet
I used the links spring 2011 winter 2012 etc to help find anime of interest.
Some anime I would rather watch after it has a full 13 or 26 episodes,

As mentioned above recently added was a nice way to find something new that was going on recently.
I know there is an updated section but it's a change I'm not sure how I feel about at this point

The queue is much nicer. I was able to watch all episodes of Eyeshield 21 again and not lose my place in the other shows Kudos
The video progress on the episodes is a nice touch

that's it for now I'm sure someone will mention what they feel as well that I might of missed

I'm not as big on the cleaner logo, but I get it. All websites are going for a "touch friendly" design lately which really complements tablets. So in that sense CR is really keep up with the times.

My only pet peeve is not being able to see recent episodes, only recently updated. Not a major concern, but I prefer seeing the episodes added instead of the show only.

- The new logo is pretty bad. Doesn't say much from a branding stand point. Vastly too corporate for your site's demographics. I would seriously rethink it if I were you.

- Top navigational text is too small. Bump up the font size a couple clicks. "Shows" is too nebulous and awkward. Need a better descriptor.

- The forums need to be gutted, cleaned up, and the software overhauled or burned on the spot.

- The video layout page is fine, but the "Updated" page should show the latest episode.

Overall your new design is pretty sterile and lacks the personality of your roots and the content of your business. Don't clean it up too much. It's okay if your house has a little dirt as long as it isn't in your food.

Honestly, I preferred the old layout, with the larger menus and separation of Anime and Drama on the front page. The new one looks... empty up top. I also liked the way the comments were handled before,, in a sidebar with a "See all" button, rather than hitting 'More" all the time.

I agree. I liked the old layout of Crunchyroll better. The new logo is just plain awful. The lack of colors and such actually makes me re-think about continuing to be paying member here. At least give members a choice of which layout they like and allow them to use and switch it at will.

Also, while the comment section is pretty nice, I can't find any way to access that useful "recently added" page from any part of CR unless I go to the page from a direct link (http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime/recent).

Now some may like the current updated section and I understand that there's a lot of effort put into this redesign but again, I'm seriously considering to stop my yearly subs if CR permanently remove that recently added page.
