Sometimes I don't even eat lunch. I am able to run on very low amounts of food and water.

nope i almost never eat breakfast because im too lazy to wake up in the morning since i have school and i want to sleep the most i can if i do eat breakfast its cause im late for school so i just get a bite to eat anyways lol.

Eat mine every day. It's the most important meal, and another downside is that skipping it can actually make you fat than taking it.
