At this point four listed series still have no premiere date and time (one of which premieres this month), and only two series with a listed premiere date are missing the time.

Apparently, according to ZEXCS, Arvu Rezuru is an OVA:

Perhaps this could go some ways in explaining why that series doesn't seem to have an official website listed yet.

There's no reason to suggest that Pokemon will change times (TV Tokyo doesn't change the time slots for long running series in Winter/Summer), so it should be 7pm.

Dog Days will most likely be on the 7th at 11:30pm. The first season aired on Saturdays at 11:30pm too, and reruns of the first season have been airing in that time slot during this season, so it'll most likely continue straight on from that.

It's also been confirmed that Yurumates 3D S2 will air in Summer, continuing in the same time slot as the first season.

They do have a super secret panel at AX). Jinrui has a very good chance of being on CR(70%). I'll put Tari Tari and Arcana Famiglia at about 50% chance. Muv-Luv has a industry panel at AX so simulcast is looking possible but Viz or Funimation picking it up means that it wouldn't be on Crunchyroll.

Yeah, I wonder why it's this early too. Although I do love that we know for sure about this(and Horizon II since they let that cat out of the bag when they mistakenly put it under continuing series for Spring)

And you are 100% correct about this being their first announcement, so my kudos to your prediction. Thinking myself that we will have to wait a few more weeks for the second annoucement, which will probably be Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita. Although Tari Tari would be big as their 2nd annoucement. (Arcana Famiglia would be welcome. I would be bowled over if CR announced that they have Rinne 2)

I'm probably going to marathon this one though.
