I was quite surprised to see Crunchyroll get Ano Hana, but thankful since I can add it to my backlog of shows to see.

Same, quite happy as well of this announcement . You'll be surprised though as this is one of my favorite series from last year with only 11 episodes.

Might even shed a few tears in the final episodes.

Also, it seems that CR managed to get another series:

I guess the CR staff are hung over from the convention, 'cause the announcement says Uta Koi will premiere on Sunday July 2nd -- Sunday being the 1st of July, Monday the 2nd and the announcement coming on the 3rd.

Perhaps that is why it is invisible except for the news article; they chose a non-existent date for the premiere!

Seriously, it is a half hour after the premiere time (assuming they meant Monday July 2, 2012), and the page link doesn't even go to a placeholder, but instead gives a 404 error. It also doesn't appear on the lineup page at the moment, or have a topic in the Site News section of the forum.

I suspect 10 PM PDT will be the usual simulcast time, but clearly it isn't the premiere time. Perhaps they will have it straightened out by the time I update the initial topic later, but I wouldn't be surprised to see nothing more on it until Tuesday morning.

While Crunchyroll lists the publisher as ADK, it seems like Mediafactory's involvement in the series was enough to incorporate their regular 12 hour delay on the simulcast... and their regular low quality source material (although not as noticeable as usual due to the art style).

Since sentai did not announce SAO then it looks like it will infact be another f/z which means a delay cast on CR.

As I said before, it's most likely a sub-license from Aniplex USA. Whether it'll be treated like Nisemonogatari or Fate/Zero is another question, but It could easily go either way.

I'm not convinced niconico.jp is interested in more simulcasts, and even if they are there's a chance that CR could have beaten them for the license. CR's treatment of sub-licenses has improved greatly since Fate/Zero aired last year.

I was really hoping Moyashimon Return would get picked up by crunchy. Is there still hope? It doesn't appear that anyone else has picked it up yet according to the fansubwiki. Hmmm

That's good news, but it makes the Tari Tari delay even more frustrating. If it wasn't delayed there would basically be 6 back to back simulcasts...

Something of note is that all new TV Tokyo simulcasts are 30 minutes later than their usual times this season. For example, Yuru Yuri took Nyaruko's timeslot, while the simulcast is 30 minutes later. The same goes for the timeslot held by Saki / Oda Nobuna, and Total Eclipse which airs straight after that. Those simulcasts are still within an hour of broadcast so I can't really complain, but it would be nice to see the titles that replace them back at the old times next season.

FUNi had Season 1, don't expect them to get it.

Also, doesn't Saki supposed to have 3 additional episodes (for a total of 15 episodes)?
