Episode 2 is now listed, and only 30 minutes behind episode 1:

And looks like the last box will be Moyashimon Returns (No word on whether they'll get the first season though.)

Looks like Moyashimon wasn't the last simulcast announcment -- now we're getting that incest/harem show:

http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2012/07/18/crunchyroll-to-stream-nakaimo-my-little-sister-is-among-them

So at this point there are only four or five shows not being simulcast in the US, either through CR, Viz or Funi.

Updates to initial message:

Moved Aesthetica of a Rogue Hero (Hagure Yūsha no Aestetica) to "Other current simulcasts"
Added Nakaimo~ My Little Sister is Among Them!!! (Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imouto ga Iru!) to "Current Crunchyroll simulcasts"
Added Moyashimon Returns to "Announced Crunchyroll simulcasts"
Removed "Other announced simulcasts" section

NOTES:

The Site News announcement for Moyashimon Returns initially had the simulcast time set as 10:00 AM on Thursdays, but this was corrected to the time the series page showed (10:35 AM PDT) just before I finalized the update to the initial message. At the moment, the news article still shows the incorrect 10:00 AM PDT time.

Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere II was still listed in the "Other announced simulcasts" section when I removed that section, but with the third episode approaching, it seems clear Sentai will only be using Crunchyroll for the simulcast of the second series, as it has yet to appear on Hulu or appear or be announced for The Anime Network.

Four Summer season shows:
Ebiten: Kouritsu Ebisugawa Koukou Tenmon-Bu - which started on 7/14 and is not even fansubbed yet as far as I know.
Joshiraku - niche title with lots of language specific jokes and puns. (I've heard good things about it, but still ...)
Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate - eroge based show.
Tanken Driland - a show that ANN didn't even include in their Spotlight article, because it seemed a bit too much like a kiddie show.

That is it for non-simulcast shows this Summer! Of the rest, only four are not on Crunchyroll (three on Funi and one on Viz). That is a pretty good haul! 69% - over two thirds of the new shows, all here! WOW!

Of course, the real crying shame is that one of the finest titles from the Spring season is still languishing in the un-licensed bin - Hyouka!

Come ON Sentai? Funimation? Viz? Crunchyroll? NIS America even? Anybody!!!! Please bring Eru Chitanda and her remarkable eyes to our fair shores!

TAN are going to stream it but it's going to be a month behind CR.

It appears I made the correct call. I was allowing two weeks delay (which was quite a stretch itself) for anything to be listed as a simulcast.

It seems clear that going forward, Sentai will be content to use TAN for library titles and same season streaming, but their simulcast days are over for the foreseeable future.

I also noticed that niconico.jp had nothing announced for worldwide streaming this season, and as expected, NicoNico.com was again a no-show in the simulcast game.

The problem with Ebiten is it's a web-streaming show like Upotte last season, but unlike Upotte it's low resolution to encourage people to buy the blu-ray, which is why fansubbers aren't bothering to touch it.

Looking at the first three of those:
Ebiten- Kadokawa series. Being streamed in low quality which is one reason why no one seems to be subbing it. One fansub group says they will wait until the BD to sub it. I am surprised that it didn't make it here, but if Kadokawa didn't want CR to stream it in HD, then that could be an explanation.
Joshiraku- Starchild Records/King Records. Ever since Bodacious Space Pirates, the only Starchild shows that have been on CR are Sentai licensed ones. I don't see Sentai being interested in Joshiraku so that could be why CR didn't get it.
KoiChoco- Aniplex, TBS and ASCII Media Works(EDIT: checked and thought it was Kodansha but actually hatguy's post corrected me on that) are all on the production committee and TBS programming typically doesn't get simulcast. And I've seen quite a few eroge adaptations get licensed so I don't see that as a barrier for CR.

Pleasantly surprised by NakaImo being on Crunchyroll though, and the first of the TBS Thursday lineup to be streamed in the same week on Crunchyroll( Idolm@ster was delayed by three weeks and I haven't checked on the streaming date for NakaImo but seems like maybe the standard Media Factory delay of 12 hours). Also liking that Moyashimon Returns is now on Crunchyroll, and the publisher for that is listed as Kodansha rather than Fuji TV or Aniplex which is also interesting.

I sort of wonder if TBS told Sentai and Crunchyroll that they only would give them streaming rights for North America for NakaImo(I am thinking that we will soon hear of Sentai licensing NakaImo since it is the sort of show they'd license)

I am so looking forward to the summer. CR really came through with some very interesting anime and continued with some my favorites. Hunter x Hunter x for one. I hope that fall is just as good. There so many new anime to choose from and a large range. Thank you CR.

Upotte and Ebiten were streamed in the same quality - if I'm not mistaken all HQ Upotte raws were CR rips. I'd say this falls into 1 of 3 categories:

1) Funi or another US company has it
2) Kadokawa are no longer willing to license out simulcasts if they are not backed by a home video license (I believe that many companies will start to think this way now, but I'm not sure if Kadokawa is one of them).
3) Kadokawa didn't want HQ raws on the net. If this is the case don't expect Seitokai no Ichizon II to get a legal stream next season.

Nakaimo is a 1.5 day delay.

Updates to initial message:

Moved Moyashimon Returns to "Current Crunchyroll simulcasts"
Removed now empty "Announced Crunchyroll simulcasts" section
Changed "Other current simulcasts" to "Other simulcasts"

Unless errors are found or simulcast times change during the current season, this will likely be the last update.
