3 Kyoko- everytime I watch Skip Beat, I always laugh at her. Especially in the chicken costume.
2 Holo- She's a wolf girl. I like wolf girls.
1 Rena- she's crazy in the way I don't like her.

4) Okabe -- Not the most well-designed character in this battle, but was definitely the most thoroughly developed.

3) Hei -- Slightly less awesome than Shizuo, but I feel like I understand Hei a little better than Shizuo at the end of the series.

2) Shizuo -- Might be the pinnacle of badassery, but all things considered, he is still mostly a background character.

1) Gintoki -- Never seen the series, so don't really have enough data to make a decision. Even so, I somehow have the feeling that I would like the other three more anyway, but whatever.

Edit: on a side note, Chrome's new avatar may induce seizures. And annoyance.

4 Gintoki - (I was thinking of reusing the reason I used before... but oh well) He's just an amazing character.
3 Hei - He's had such a serious and sad past but he's still as strong as ever.
2 Shizuo - He's badass and all but up against Gin and Hei, I just have to give him just 2 points ;~;
1 Rintarou - I haven't watched Steins;Gate so yeah...

again with the i'm being unfair because of the lack of anime watching.

4- Gintoki: Shiroyasha, funny, after a while... hot, minorly serious, AWESOME seiyu. WHAT MORE COULD A PERSON ASK FOR?
3- Shizuo: hella' badass. most badass character i know. he would win a badass battle.
2- Hei: i heard he's like super cool and badass as well. apparently very characterly.
1- Rintarou: idk. he's cool i guess, from steins;gate and all...

4-hiei- only person who doesn't have to pay a price to use his skill.
3-okabe- mad scientist, its generally epic.
2- gintoki- realized that i prefer other character from the series.
1- shizuo- i just like the other ones better.
