4. Hei - We need more anti-heroes like Hei.
3. Edward - A less darker anti-hero but he's still good on his own right.
2. Saber - She's a good character overall but fans tend to overrated her.

4 - Edward; I'm still sticking by my vote that FMA: Brotherhood and by extension Edward is better than One Piece and Luffy but only because it's a finished, complete story. Plus, Edward is more of a well rounded character than Luffy.
3 - Luffy; Second best character in the whole tournament.
2 - Saber; Gotta love a lady who can kick a lot of butt.
1 - Hei; A cool character but kind of weak compared to the rest in terms of being memorable.

4) Hei -- Just too damn cool.
3) Elric -- Would have put him over Hei in a different mood. He is a well-done character in a great series, but he's not as cool as Hei, so, whatever.
2) Saber -- Was the only redeemable character in Stay Night, and is even better in Zero. Honestly though, if Kiritsugu was an option, my vote would have him over everyone in this round. Cooler and better-done than both Hei and Elric.
1) Luffy -- No data, no points. I haven't seen it. Although I guess technically, I am giving him a point as per the rules.
