Clannad and Clannad After Story

Comment / Review: While I haven't watch much, if any, visual novel based anime, so many people told me to watch this. I finally did and by God I needed to drink so many liquids to refill my tear ducts. I cried when I laughed and I cried when I felt sad and for an anime to do that (which has only ever happened when I watched Angel Beats), it has to be good. They even made the dub mostly good, bar a few characters that sound far to old than they were. All in all a great romantic comedy.

Rating: 9 out of 10

Recommended: Yes, just be prepared to cry at least once during this show. Don't miss out on this like I almost did.

Name of Anime: Brave 10
Comment / Review: A very good anime! The characters are amazing and really make the series. It is a bit short, though. It seems rushed, but hopefully there will be a second season.

Papa no Iukoto wo Kikinasai!

English Title: Listen to Me Girls, I'm Your Father!
Comment: It reminded me of Minami-Ke except the family situation is a whole lot more complicated. Packs enough fun, loli and heart in every episode. It was pretty enjoyable to watch due to its light tone.
Rating: 8.5/10
Recommend: Yes, it's worth your time! :))

Ookiku Furikabutte

Comment: Another amazing baseball anime. At first I thought the main character, Mihashi, was extremely weak and annoying, but it turns out he was just being weird and shy the whole time. I actually love him now.
I am slowly falling in love with sports anime and baseball because of One Outs and Ookiku Furikabutte. Two amazing series that you shouldn't miss.

Recommend: Yes, definitely. Watch One Outs too!

Name of Anime: Phi Brain: Puzzle of God
Comment / Review: Didn't really like it and not going to recommend this. Only few parts I liked were the music and a few thriller-like endings. Other than that, it dropped the ball for me.

Ya, I haven't dropped a series in ages so decided to continue the streak. You remember me posting on the wall last night? Was so bored of the series that I had to multi-task

Another
Papa no Iukoto wo Kikinasai
Shakugan no Shana III
Senki Zessho Symphogear

I finished these up in about the last week, I enjoyed them all. I would recommend them, but then I recommend just about everything.

Major (Series)

Comment: One of the best anime I have ever seen. I honestly don't think any other baseball anime could top that. I originally didn't like sports anime, but one day I got bored and decided to check One Outs out. I wasn't disappointed. Baseball IS a great game. The more I watched anime about it, the more I fell in love with it.

Major is by far the best out of the three baseball anime I've watched recently. One Outs is obviously better when it comes to mind games and stuff, while Ookiku focused more on the game itself. Major, though not as detailed as the other two about baseball, was the one I enjoyed the most. The drama part of it helped a lot! Goro Shigeno is one of those characters that you can't help but love. Manly, determined and extremely talented. Even though he gets like an injury all the time, he never gives up and will do everything to win. Though Major is not your typical anime where the main character always wins. He loses too (and a lot of times too) but his determination just won't let him end up like that. One of the best main characters I've ever seen.

I remember crying at least twice each season. Truly a masterpiece.

Rating:
Season 1: 9
Season 2: 9
Season 3: 9
Season 4: 9
Season 5: 10
Season 6: 10
OVA: World Series 10
OVA: Message 9

Recommended? MOST DEFINITELY ABSOLUTELY 100% YES

Now, I'm tempted to watch

Hmm, last anime I've completed...

Name of Anime: Betrayal Knows My Name

Comment / Review: Not too shabby. The art is nice, it's a bishounen anime so this might be something shoujo fans might be interested, and the OP song is somewhat catchy. However, there is a big problem with the series: the storyline. There is practically none. Also, there's little character development and the ending seems blend. Additionally, there were many unanswered questions. Oh sure, there are a few good scenes, a somewhat meaningful backstory (that was barely touched upon except through a few flashbacks), and some fight scenes. But overall, I didn't really enjoy this series.

Rating: 5 out of 10

Recommended: No, but if you're a fan of shoujo series, it "might" be worth checking out.

I have never praised an anime so much since One Piece, Gintama and Clannad.
I'm gonna miss this so much.
