 AKB0048 Comment: This anime's main focus is the understudies who dream of becoming idols. It does not only tackle the hardships of an idol since it takes its premise into consideration. The anti-entertainment ban heightens the challenge to perform. There were so much issues and mysteries that could be explored. But the anime is only slated for 13 episodes so there's a limit to what could have been. In spite of that, the ones that were actually tread on were handled well. Thankfully, there's going to be a continuation in 2013 in the credits. This was enjoyable to watch especially for the songs. It really makes you see how good the group dynamics are. Rating: 8/10 Recommended? Yes |

 Hanamaru Kindergarten. Overall thoughts: It was cute and awesome the first few episodes. I was really stoked about finding another cute, heart-warming anime. However, after about 4-5 episodes, I got a little bored, but decided to stick with it just in case something interesting happened. Unfortunately, it didn't and I was left unsatisfied and bored. It's cuteness and the way it made me constantly laughing was what saved me from quitting the show completely. So, basically; cute, adorable characters. Little-to-no plot. Insanely funny. Would I recommend it? Yes. Overall rating: 7.5 |

 ChäoS;HEAd 8/10 I liked it quite abit, it was quite interesting. Alternative setting to Steins Gate, it's around 1 year before the stuff in Steins Gate happens. Looking forward to Robotics;Notes a lot. Recommended to the people who likes Mystery, Sci-Fi, Supernatural, Psychological and such. |

Name of Anime: Princess Princess
 Comment / Review: My Anime List description When beautiful Tooru transferred to an all-boys school, he received a warm welcome...but little did he know that his new classmates had nominated him for the academy's "Princess System." The lovely campus "Princesses" must dress as girls (in frilly Gothic Lolita costumes) at school events in order to lighten the stolid masculine atmosphere. Tooru balks at first, but soon comes to realize the advantages of being a "Princess." I liked Princess Princess, but I felt like it missed out on a lot of opportunities. That might be because the anime is only 12 episodes long. It has a lot of cute, awkward moments, with the vast majority of it focused on the three princesses. If you're looking for a yaoi or shounen-ai anime though, you'll be left wanting, as it has few instances of it. The ending theme, in fact, is the most explicit of such. Still, I enjoyed the premise enough, and am looking forward to reading the manga for more, just because I really like trap content. Rating: 6 out of 10 Recommended: Yes, conditionally. Most straight males will probably be put off of it, for obvious reasons. For the open-minded, and also for people who really want some trap fanservice, they'll find a humorous little anime. |
