Name of Anime: The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya
Comment / Review: It's awesome, with espers, time travellers and aliens? So cool. Including that miss suzumiya made all those things happen. It's an old series, though.

Honey and Clover + season 2
Comment / Review: one of the best slice-of-life. a simple romance-drama spiced with nice comic relief aside from all the tears you may flow out, and also with YOUTH written all over it. you get different characters with different romantic circumstances, you get nice development of the relationships especially in season 1. season 2 you get some development but the plot is more in depth (or complex i'd say...), nice ending you can get as it maintains the characterisation and i feel that the ending makes the most common sense.....
op/ed themes for season 1 ftw

^Haven't watched it but it looks good and is on my to-do list.

The last 2 anime I saw were incomplete adaptations that left me wanting much, much more!

Anime: Switch, because I just completed the manga and loved it

Comment/Review: A would-be psychological crime thriller about narcotics agents chasing mysterious drugs. While the DVD synopsis gives the impression that it adapts the manga, the 2-episode anime plays more like an altered lead-in to the main arc rather than animating any actual story from the manga. Then it just ends, as if waiting for more episodes that never came. Gorgeous artwork and cinematic music. I just wish they would finish it!

Rating: 8/10, would rate it higher if it were more complete

Recommended: Yes, worth doing a drive-by since it's only about an hour long

Anime: Ai No Kusabi, 2012

Comment/Review: The remake of the story about a future other planet with caste systems, power differentials, technological controls, human pets, all that good stuff. Follows the novel much more closely than the original with more time for plot, character, and environmental development. The artwork is sublime, and the Art Deco/H. R. Giger-esque world is stunning. The voice-acting is great. And it's yaoi. And it's incomplete. I hope they'll resume production.

Rating: 10/10

Recommended: Yes. Definitely for yaoi fangirls and those who don't care one way or another if something is yaoi. If the thought is off-putting...well, it actually has a sci-fi plot. It's pretty classy and so far burns with a sexy slow heat rather than being totally full frontal explicit, if that helps...but maybe not if you're simply not inclined!

Name of Anime: Wagnaria!! (Working!!)
Comment / Review: Seriously, if you loved Arakawara Under the Bridge, you'll like this even more! Hilarious, 'awwwww' catching moments, and a great plot (although it almost doesn't have one at all lol). The characters are great and the entire show is well-written. One of my fav animes of all time, first time I've ever not been bored for the entire duration of the show. Every episode held my attention.
Rating: 9.2/10 (Just because nothings perfect, although I didn't have any negatives with this show.
