Just finished off Attack on Titan today after seeing so many people say good things about it., I enjoyed the very lovely animation and soundtrack along with the classical European look of the buildings and everything else it's a very cool looking series that reminded me a little of Full Metal Alchemist both in the setting and the dark tone mixed with some comedy. I enjoyed the gorefest action and some of the characters were fun. I really enjoy strong female characters i'm never a fan of the damsel in distress types so characters like Mikasa and Annie are my cup of tea.

I think most people will enjoy this series it's pretty accessible and it's just fun to watch. It has some downsides which i'll cover since some spoilers are involved.

In short. Watch it because it's great fun and doesn't try to be anything that it's not. The setting and ideas it has are really cool and the action scenes will have you coming back for more.

Name of Anime: Tamako Market

Comments/Review: This series was pretty much like K-On!, but with mochi and an annoying talking bird...but at the same time I'm not at all saying this is a bad series. It's basically cute girls doing cute things like K-On! managed to do, however, as much as I disliked K-On!, I found Tamako Market a lot more entertaining. The reason for this is probably that there was a lot more going on throughout this series than in K-On!, where all they did was sit at their club and eat sweets and drank tea.....not much music playing happened at all cuz'...you know...their a light music club -__-. Anyways, I did find this series a bit more entertaining and the best part was that I wanted to eat some mochi the entire time I watched this series lol X3. I didn't care much for the OP or OST, but the ED was very good and I listened to it every episode. The characters were okay, just none of them I would call my favorite at all.

Rating: 7/10

Reccommended: Yes, but only if you have nothing better to do or watch. If you do have better things to watch, than don't bother watching Tamako Market, you won't be missiong out if you don't watch this

Strike Witches Season 1

Comment / Review: Just in case you haven't heard of Strike Witches, here's the premise. A mysterious alien race is attacking a steampunky WW2-era Earth for reasons unknown, so it's up to the Strike Witches to take them all down and defend Earth. Due to [purely scientific reasons], the Strike Witches all happen to be teenage girls (with the exception of one 20-year-old), and they aren't allowed to wear proper pants (to allow for their magic-enhancing fighter plane legs, which are pretty cool).

So yeah, lolis, aliens, friendship, dynamic 3D action shots, dynamic 3d panty shots.

Definitely was not bad to watch. It was even a little better than I expected. But I suppose it wasn't mind-blowing enough for me to tell everyone I know about it, lol. It's definitely TV-MA, just in case you had any doubts on that front. I'll hold off on the second season for a little bit, because my panty-shot quota has been filled for the rest of the year at least.

Rating: 8.5/10

Last Exile - Fam the Silver Wing

The original Last Exile that came out in 2003 is my all time favorite series. Despite the great visuals and soundtrack, Fam was disappointing in storytelling and character development aspects.

ef: A Tale of Memories

old fantasy romance from 2007 by studio Shaft. Quite confusing at the first few episodes but it really ends nicely with majority of the story resolved. As per Shaft quirky but great directing... the visuals were ok for an old series. The music is pretty average IMO too. I'd recommend for anyone looking for a romance anime.

edit: Actually I'll take back what I said about the music. The music is actually very good and they mostly fit and enhance the scenes.

I just finished this one last night! It was pretty good, but I feel like it didn't have to be 24 episodes, the whole pyramid scheme arc was pointless, and if they had just focused on the three main characters it would've been a whole lot better.

Only just finished Sunday Without God and damn...in in tears

"Wow, I have just finished this series and simply put, it's one of the finest out there. From the very first episode you will be hooked on the story, characters, beautiful animation and stunning music. I have never found an anime which could start and end perfectly in 3 episodes until this one. However the story grows strong and every episode is a sheer delight to watch. it will bring laughter, happiness but also a lot of tears. All the characters are amazing. You can connect with them and relate to how they feel which will make it personal to you and that much more emotional to watch. With there being such popular animes around such as "Attack On Titan", animes like this might get overlooked; but I haven't overlooked this and nor should anyone else. It's simply breathtaking, gripping and everything an anime should be. From start to finish it's top class in every degree! only WISH there to be a second season. I truly do <3"
