Ive been up/down battling 10 lbs I cannot seem to lose. I seriously need to unplug the tv, internet, and cell phone. I'm sure my dogs would be happy if I ran with em more. Maybe we should all have a crunchy roll weight loss contest?

Yeah i exercise everyday. I was running 40 miles a week not to long ago but now i got stress fractures in both my shins so i have to swim and cycle instead for a couple of months... i also just do body weight exercises like press ups, sit ups and pull ups.
Got to be lean and mean!

I forget the name of the condition, but it's INCREDIBLY hard for my body to produce fat. I've naturally been skinny all my life, and I eat whatever I want. It's kind of cool, yet I can't tell what is bad for me, and what isn't. I'm not naturally muscular by any means, but I'm not stick-like. Therefor, I don't care much about exercise. I enjoy jogging in the fall, but that's about it. I hate the "gym bro" crowd as well.

I don't get fat no matter how much I eat for whatever reason... I eat fry stuff everything and yet, and i do Exercise everyday... Got to keep my muscle strong...

I do push ups and sit ups whenever I can, amounting to over a hundred each a day. They get easier over time and I can now do a set of 60 push ups in one go, more if I try harder. Honestly I started in years ago when I was in middles school and my inspiration was Rock Lee from Naruto, no joke. ^_^
