When a girl wears a low cut shirt does that mean it's okay to look at her cleavage? Since you know, it's showing and all.

I'm just curious because why wear a shirt that shows your chest when you don't want people to look?

And for you guys out there, do you find it distracting when a girl is showing her chest? I try not to look but you know..

Sounds like this is a sequel to the skirts thread.

Well look, a girl has to have common sense that there is no way she won't get stared at. It is a known fact that a man is naturally attracted to a woman's breasts. There's no way around it. And to wear such a top that exposes it, well is she wanting to be flattered for her looks or is she gonna be irritated?

Well if you are good looking or you have something going for you, she'll be flattered. If not, she'll be annoyed.

It's also okay to tell her that she'll be a brilliant porn actress.

If she wears a low cut shirt then it is alright to take a dollar bill and put it in between her cleavage and nicely state "Keep up the Good work, dollface" then proceed to demean her by slapping her ass. If she hasn't gotten mad then you have your answer; otherwise she will understand she is giving of the wrong message towards people.

Not necessarily. But most of the time, I would assume yes. However, it all depends on the girl.

It depends. Some of them probably just like wearing shirts that way while others wear it to attract men. Personally, if a lady walks pass me wearing a low cut shirt and as long as she has a good figure, I will stare.

It's okay, but be prepared to have hell to pay if she does not like you. She is probably wearing it for someone she likes or for other girls to make them jealous.

Umm... I'm going to say no, it is not ok to stare or look. Sometimes it's hard to find shirts that fit if you have larger breasts than normal and then you may show some cleavage. It's not always because they want people to look, I'm sure some girls do. Other girls well its just fashion, most girls shirts are low cut because its more "feminine" that way.

So it would be acceptable if some guy had abnormally big balls, couldn't find proper pants, and went out with them hanging out?

Or if a fat person were too fat for normal t-shirts and went out with a chunk of fat hanging out?

Um...not stare, I get. Not look? That's so completely dishonest that I don't even know where to begin. It's essentially saying, "I can do what I want with my clothes, but it's not OK for you to react to something visible and obvious." You're essentially giving the message that to simply have a visual reaction to something is in itself not ok.

Furthermore, I think that even when...when...oh wait I got distracted by underclock's enormous testicles.

low cut shirts will distract you from all her nagging. so go ahead, enjoy the visual while it's still perky.

I'm going to go ahead and agree with jree's post. From what I've seen, a good majority of girls who wear revealing clothing are hoping that a particular audience will take notice of them. If you don't fit into the category of people she's hoping will look, you get glared at or told off.
