Have you ever walked out on a film?
|
Never seen anyone walk out on a movie, maybe it's a cultural thing or maybe I just happen to watch good movies in the theatres..
IMO, if you tend to walk out on a lot of movies you're either an movie elite/snob and/or you set unrealistic expectations to the movies you go to see. Reading up a little beforehand might save you some "wasted" time and money.. =) |

I walked out on Spiderman 3.
It really wasn't my idea but the scene where Peter turns goth and goes out painting the town was too much for my friend who took me. |

I walked out of Avatar. The James Cameron one. I have never hated the plot to a movie more than that piece of shit. I almost considered staying just to see if the humans would kill those bloody blue cat people, but I reasoned that that wouldn't happen. A few days later, I asked a friend who had watched the movie what the ending was. And then I threw up.

We would sneak up behind each other and ram the broomstick up other's asses. haha! It was like a stupid "tag" game. Didn't think anything would be gayer than the movie; you just proved me utterly wrong. |

I always fall asleep in the theatre instead of walking out. I slept on Jack and Jill, Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, The Avengers (to only find out that I only missed 2 minutes of the film - and rewatched this several times on blu-ray), nearly fell asleep on The Dark Knight Rises.
I'm the type of person who hardly walks out on the movie no matter how bad it is, but I fall asleep on movies that don't really interest me or I was just tired from work. I find that MI was as dull as anything can be. Jack and Jill is a waste of money. The Avengers was great. TDKR is legendary. I hate it when my mum chooses the film when we have a mom-daughter bonding. It is utterly disappointing to make my mum pick a film. She would pick the ones that I would not like, except for Harry Potter and The Black Swan. It's not a deliberate choice to piss me off, it's the choices she makes are disappointing picks. I rather have ecletic choice for films because I like arthouse, indie, horror, and comedy. |

A whole bunch of times, back when I was in high school. I worked in a movie theater and could get in for free, so I would give everything ten minutes before deciding whether to spend any more time on it.
The one title that truly stands out in my mind is "Star Crash". Calling it a "B" movie would be an insult to "B" movies. |

Koko... Doko?

Walked straight out of "Battleship". The movie was so cheesy, i swear i could smell a faint smell of cheese in the entire room.
