I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a while now, but whenever I try to remove my card, it says "This credit card is attached to an active subscription. Deleting this credit card will NOT cancel your renewal. Visit your Account Status page if you want to cancel. Are you sure you wish to delete this card?". I have yet to be able to find my Account Status page. Should I cancel my credit card and report it for fraud and contact the Better Business Bureau and file a report? Where is the Account Status page?
Edit: I found a suitable alternative, but finding this method was very counter-intuitive. Making cancelling a subscription this difficult is off-putting, discouraging and unprofessional. |

It looks rather easy to me. From the pulldown menu on top, choose "settings." At the next page, choose "premium membership status" on the left side. Next window, choose "cancel membership renewal."

'Settings' -> 'Premium Membership Status' -> Cancel. This will cancel the remainder of your months subscription though.
