I'll echo everyone else, it depends on the series. If it doesn't grab my attention in the first ep or two, I'll drop it. Sometimes I'll come back to it after for a marathon. I like watching weekly, but spoilers crop up sometimes, especially if someones read the manga.

I like to wait until the anime is finished and then watch it in one go, but sometimes even when it's finished I space it apart.

In one go but sometimes it's nice to watch one episode per week.

usually i'd watch it in one go, especially in holidays, catching up with the previous season.
but to me nothing beats catching up just before the last episode airs.
that said, i couldnt help myself but watch MadoMagi every week. discussing it each week is sometimes not bad too.

All in one go. I would forget what happened last time if I wait a week.

Neither. I much prefer to have my anime completed, so I may watch it at my leisure. If I become very interested in a particular series, then it would be hell to wait one week. I generally watch a few episodes at a time, sometimes more.
There is also the chance I may forget some of what has happened if I wait a week.

i like watching anime all in one go...
but you know... waiting for the episode once every week adds to the suspense of it and often makes a series better.
it's actually sometimes what i use to see if i actually like the series or not.
if i look forward to the next episode, it's definitely a keeper.

Depends on the series, but I usually like to have access to an entire show all at once so that I can watch at my own pace. Shows with cliffhangers are the ones where I REALLY want access to the entire series. On the other hand, I watched the "Haruhi-chan" web episodes as they came out, and that was fine to watch once a week. So it really depends on the series in the end.

You can build a much stronger attachment to the story if you watch it in one go.

I typically watch the series all in one go (12-24 episodes a day), but with some series, I really liked watching it as a series. Waiting in the Summer was probably the best example - It coincided with the start of my college career, so the memories are nice. It made me appreciate the show a bit more as well. Overall though, I suggest in one go.

I hate w8ing for animes to be released every week. So i basically w8 for it to finish and download the whole thing for better viewing...
Only disadvantage: Get Fricking Pissed that you finished the anime in just 1 sitting makes you want more but you know its over
