reminds me of Black Lagoon.

not the best first episode, but was good. its on my list, but at low priority. at the beginning i felt a blassreiter-esque-ness to it. maybe thats why i didn't enjoy it as much. hope it gets better, but its prone to be drop if i don't have time for it.
school and work is interfering with anime, i dropped 10 anime last season. my max before that was 1.

In the absence of a Black Lagoon Season 3, or a Church Of Violence series, this is the next best thing. I loved it.

Koko's interesting. has almost a 'joker' (heath ledger) vibe going on. One moment a silly child, the next a chessmaster who can factor her own injury into checkmating an opponent.

I haven't seen this sort of dark underworld anime since Black Lagoon. I'm getting tired of seeing stupidly idealistic heroes so this anime is a good change.

Love the show and the characters... each episode has improved on the one before it, and that can be prettyrare. The only thing I don't like is the preview "Her name is Koko, she is loco, I said ooh no" song. It drives me BATTY!
