The only thing I don't like is the preview "Her name is Koko, she is loco, I said ooh no" song. It drives me BATTY! Koko is Loco though And Vamet is gay... but I don't need a theme song telling me that to grind it into my head. Trying to inject too much "cool" into something usually only results in it being pretty damn cheesy. ^_^ |

And ya, Vamlet definitely has hots for Koko |

Fun show.
Chinatsu is like a psychotic version of Kurisu Makise. Here's hoping she joins Koko's team. |

Episode 4 seems to really set the stage for the rest of the series.
Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide Alas, poor Chinatsu. We hardly knew you. :( I think there are two key things to draw from this episode. The first is Koko's conversation with Jonah about kindness leading to hesitation. I think this is foreshadowing a confrontation between the two at the end of the series. The second is Chinatsu's death scene. We don't know what Koko told her, but it was scary enough to prompt a jaded Chinatsu to call Koko "scary." Add that to her last view of Koko looking like Shiva the Destroyer. http://artsgr1e.deviantart.com/art/Shiva-the-Destroyer-42222976 Could this tie into the missile launch at the start of the series (and in the OP)? |

Episode 4 Well, wow a roller-coaster ride...business has serious picked up, even the first beginning episodes starting with that bloody massacre to the glorious road battle. Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide ![]() ![]() Well, someone dies... Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide ![]() ![]() Ye, the guy in the first picture. Koko and Jonan has an interesting conversation which is impressively true Anyways, climax takes place end of the episode and a starling event happens. Great episode overall and my favorite so far this season. |

amazing episode, makes me wonder about koko more now. was hoping that girl would join the group but guess not. this seems like a 12-25 episode series, though i am hoping that this gets turned into a 60-121 episode series. really like it, i'd say this is a top 20 maybe even 10 for me at this point.

Ep 5 is interesting. seems like they are laying a lot of plot threads down. Jonah's relation with Caspar. Koko's mysterious "goal", Valmet apparantly has bad memories of africa. And the Chinese nation really does have fingers in pies everywhere down there.

Episode 5 So, Koko finds out that her Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide brother Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide ![]() Hmm, it does not seem that Jonah like this new guy: Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide ![]() And also great to see some of Jonah's history and it does seem like a lot of plots are being unraveled with unanswered questions. The harsh life of Jonah's past and what he endured as well as the other children's. And you know, there's an old saying that always stays true: Payback is a bitch Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide ![]() ![]() I liked this episode overall |

i didn't really like it tbh.
i didn't really need to see jonah's past for a whole episode and there wasn't enough action in this episode even though it gave background info... |

If they call China weak once more in this textbook I'm seriously going to quit.

Perhaps he'll change more and have larger character development in the future? Tbh, this episode wasn't supposed to be an action flick but rather an important episode that may shape the identity of the character. Maybe someday in one of the future episodes, he'll face a similar situation. |

Am I the only one that thinks this series should at least be a 24 episode anime?, as it's giving me the vibe that there's more to cover in this story than having just 12 episodes.

I totally loved Jormungand. I'm hooked. I recommend it strongly. It is not romantic but it's sooo epic. The personality of Koko Hekmatyar leaves me wanting to know her more
