The second season truly blows me away. Now everything is falling into place. |

Things are really starting to come together now. Koko and Minami have been playing a game of chess against the world and everything is almost in place. It's interesting to see who gets it and who doesn't.
Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide Clearly Kaspar isn't getting it. Koko was depicted as Shiva back in episode 4 for an important reason. Now it's starting to make sense. I think HCLI and her brother are going to be very surprised when her plan comes to fruition. Jonah's voice over at the end also doesn't bode well for Koko. She may not survive to see her new world. |

Jormungand: Perfect Order episode 9 ![]() Not much happened this episode tbh but I liked the lunch time talk with the crew. There was some talk about a woman named "Rabbitfoot" so that was somewhat nice to see. I wonder what sort of real role she will play on later on. |

Koko frightens me a bit. I can't wait to see this plan. The hype is incredible -- the whole quantum computer possibility, all the satellites, the lab/ toy factory. Even the personalities of the two just makes me gut-wrenchingly curious. That, along with the possibility that Koko is completely using everyone around her is awesome. I'm quite liking this show.

Jormungand: Perfect Order episode 10 ![]() Shit got real this episode. Koko is such a boss with those spike missiles and her intuition. However, her speech regarding the Jormungand pissed a certain individual off. I mean, she's saving people but at the same time sacrificing some for the greater good? Meh, I don't like her way of thinking on that part. I liked that cliffhanger though. |

If the officers are leading from the front. Watch for an attack from the rear...

This twist totally didn't surprise me. After episode 4, I said this:
Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide I think there are two key things to draw from this episode. The first is Koko's conversation with Jonah about kindness leading to hesitation. I think this is foreshadowing a confrontation between the two at the end of the series. The second is Chinatsu's death scene. We don't know what Koko told her, but it was scary enough to prompt a jaded Chinatsu to call Koko "scary." Add that to her last view of Koko looking like Shiva the Destroyer. http://artsgr1e.deviantart.com/art/Shiva-the-Destroyer-42222976 Could this tie into the missile launch at the start of the series (and in the OP)? I have to say, Koko's plan is even more ambitious than I thought. Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide I suspected an attack on the GPS system, but also using a quantum computer to deny air travel and prevent military conflict is really impressive. And Koko should have realized that Jonah would never agree to sacrifices. He's fine with using himself as a sacrifice, but not others. It should be interesting to see how this plays out over the last 2 episodes. |
