Other Information Premiere: Friday, April 13, 2012 @ 1:55 AM (Japanese Time Zone) Studio: Bones Primary network: MBS Genres: Action, Adventure, Drama, Mecha, Sci-Fi Opening & Ending "Escape" by Hemenway "stand by me" by Stereopony First Impressions Finally, it's here. This is my most anticipated show of the season. Although the storyline is a bit confusing, I loved the art style and the music. The OP song (which was played at the end) performed by Stereophony is brilliant. I knew that they could pull it off! Anyways, regrading the episode, it seems that Eureka from the original series makes a brief appearance towards the end in a flashback? Hmm, I'm not too impressed with this episode but hopefully that opinion will soon change. Well, guess I'll be watching more to find out. ![]() |

I'm really looking forward to this show. The original was quite good, even though I thought it had too much filler, it still managed to keep me hooked with it's interesting world and characters.

I'm pretty sad Crunchyroll hasn't licensed this yet~! But I don't think anyone else has either? Please grab it up Crunchy! I would like to watch it legally and support the creators.

Also, anyone else have suspicions that Naru is Holland and Talho's daughter?
But if she was, and Talho was pregnant at the end of the first series, and Ao is Eureka and Renton's son, it would mean that Eureka and Renton had Ao at age 16. LOL. |

There is always a chance that it was licensed by Nico Nico (who has yet to announce any simulcasts). While they will have the simulcasts announced by Funimation, during the past two seasons they have announced some titles on their own, and the 4 announced by Funimation would leave them far shy of the 7 they had in the winter and the 6 they had last fall. There is also the chance it simply was not offered for a simulcast license. I note it is not one of the 21 titles niconico.jp is streaming this season. curry23 wrote: Also, anyone else have suspicions that Naru is Holland and Talho's daughter? Had you considered they could have had another child? |

This aires at night when people are sleeping? o_O
No wonder why some animes get bad ratings :P Wel anyway, I liked the first ep. Looks like the action will be nice and there will be good sad scenes. And good techy soundtrack in this one too. |

Quote me if you want me to notice it :P

Des85 wrote: This aires at night when people are sleeping? o_O No wonder why some animes get bad ratings :P Late night anime is effectively a commercial for the DVD/BD release, so like infomercials in the United States, they are broadcast during time slots when the air time can be acquired inexpensively. I suspect the Japanese ratings still measure only live viewers, and don't take into account the number of people that record the episodes to watch later in the day. |
