Can you be more specific? As in what kind of manga you're looking for? If you mean English manga, try places like Amazon.com (third-party sellers), Half.com, or E-Bay. Depending on the rarity and popularity, you may have to pay an arm-and-a-leg to get what you want. Have you tried used bookstores? You could also see if Right Stuf carries what you want in their bargain bin.

If you want Japanese manga, I've heard Yahoo Auctions is a pretty good place to look, but then you'd probably have to think about getting a deputy service if the seller doesn't want to ship internationally (that can get expensive, just so you know). Also for Japanese manga, CD Japan has a service where they can try to find something that's still in print for you, but I've heard it's expensive to do that, but they do ship internationally, at least.

Hopefully this is a start.

Half Price Books might be worth a shot--both their stores and their website. I tend to piece my collection together from a little bit of everywhere--which is why I collect a lot of different series at the same time--but I'm also okay with skipping a volume until I can find it.
